“The rooms in the resort were "OK" but the resort itself is old and somewhat outdated. There are many cracks in the walkways and the rooms/buildings are aged. The rooms are good size but the amenities are old. I was not able to get a good night sleep in our bed because the mattress was warped and old. The mattress definitely needs to be replaced. The TV set was old and also needs to be replaced. The voice on the TV was distorted and I was not able to hear the TV very well. The price of the……

“Some equipment is old”

“Friendly staff at hotel. Really enjoyed the beautiful view delicious fresh fish and friendly staff that were happy we were there. I got garden view room but would preferred oceanview which were not available. Garden room quiet and nice gardens.”

“If accommodation is all you need...then this is the place for you. Except for the security personnel on the beach, no one else acknowledges you unless you ask.”

“The restaurant server was very sweet at breakfast”

“The balcony rail was rotted and fell over while I was there. The room literally smelled like sewage. It was a horrible. Do not stay here.”

“Wasn’t please with the stay, the yard has a funny smell, also the fan wasn’t blowing any breeze couldn’t stay there had to leave the same day. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Waste of time”

“Rooms arw very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff are super friendly and helpful. Everyone made me feel very welcome and safe. Thanks all, I highly recommend this place and will be returning.”

“The overall of the hotel is very good. They have a team of very friendly staffs and you will enjoy the stay there with them. The hotel is just in front of the beach that after you breakfast, you can immediately walk into the beach in seconds to enjoy the sun.”

“This location is easy to reach from Negril by West End taxi or by car. The property is spacious, peaceful, and quiet, with a breathtaking ocean view. There’s also a mini market and restaurant right across the road, which is very convenient. My room was very clean and comfortable, with excellent Wi-Fi, a great TV, amazing AC, and a refrigerator. I had a room right in front of the pool, although the pool was closed for cleaning during my stay. There was a small issue with my breakfast not……

“no water pressure”

“All was good but nothing outstanding.”

“I always have the best time staying here. The staff is great and helpful. The place is clean and safe. Can’t wait to come back.”

“Rooms and property were dated. I could not get hot water in shower, changed rooms & still did not get hot water. Shower pressure weak in 2 rooms. I had 4 dinners while in Jamaica, the worst one and most expensive one was at Tree House. Some rooms have been renovated, need to inquire about that. Location on beach great, chairs provided at waterfront. Staff great. Supermarket is right across the street. Free parking very convenient. Pool water was nice & warm.”

“I would not stay here again. The pictures look much nicer than the resort. There are not two restaurants open on the resort, there is one and you are only allowed to eat between the hours of 8am-10am for breakfast, 12pm-2pm for lunch, and 7pm-9pm for dinner. The bar is open 10am-10pm. The cocktail menu was good but they don't even offer water/soda with the all inclusive package. If you do not get the all inclusive package intend to spend $8-$10 per drink that has the equivalent of about 30 mL of……

“The hospitality was so wonderful. The staff makes you feel comfortable and at home. Very friendly and easy to talk to you. The bartender was very flavorful, made a lot nice drinks and kept the drinks coming and the vibe. The cook was so good, very flavorful, colorful and the presentation of each dish was good. The breakfast was a slap your mama. The room are cleaned and freshed with a lot of space. The location is not bad you have a shopping center close by. The hotel is self was beautiful a……
