Eu achei o quarto bom e a localização também, mas o café da manhã era péssimo. Sempre as mesmas coisas. Sem opção sem glúten, o melão sempre estava verde, os ovos esquisitos, bolos ruins e até a água tinha o gosto ruim.

As ditos não condizem com o hotel. Colchão ruim, toalhas de banho velhas, quase rasgadas. A hospedagem foi para dois dias. Tinha somente um mini sabonete que não foi reposto. A chave para entrar no quarto estragou e demorou para arrumar. Não tinha copo no quarto. É caro para o pouco que oferece

Pelo preço quase duplo pelo período do festival de dança a infraestrutura ruim para cafe da manha esperando mesa por estar lotada a sala, sem pratos disponíveis, esperando para repor xícaras, talheres, pratos, só uma pessoa limpando e recolhendo as mesas sem dar conta. Alem disso o vaso sanitario entupido do quarto que resolveram mas nunca nos a onteceu em um hotel. Pela noite barulho de som de local de festa a 60 mts do hotel, o som dos graves se escutava até 4 da madrugada. O estacionamento muito bom, o atendimento dos funcionários cordial, camas confortáveis, e boa localização.

Resolvi ficar outra vez neste Hotel, desta vez o quarto era melhor (porém fiquei em um quarto na frente da escada de acesso a cozinha, muito barulho dos demais hóspedes, se você pensa em descanso melhor optar por outros quartos, pois o café começa ser servido às 6:30h e é impossível dormir após esse horário - claro que não é culpa do hotel, e sim das pessoas que não tem a mínima noção do quanto incomoda falar alto pelos corredores). Os funcionários são sempre queridos, mas o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar desta vez, das outras vezes que me hospedei ele era bom, nesta hospedagem real achei pouquíssimas opções. Hotel não estava muito ocupado, creio que por isso infelizmente não pensaram em agradar os demais hóspedes.

Hospedagem regular.

Hotel com limpeza regular, quarto com cabelos no piso, toalhas ruins, não disponibiliza toalhas de rosto. Tudo que é solicitado a recepção, demora muito ou nem é entregue. Faltou papel higiênico no banheiro também. Café da manhã bastante regular, com pouco atendimento das pessoas da cozinha na reposição dos itens.

Não nos agradou a estadia no Hotel Palace

Localização hotel é ideal, mas as condições de conservação dos quartos, higiene e disponibilidade de camas é horrível. Eles informam que terá serviço limpeza, mas após a limpeza o quarto parece que não houve limpeza. Quarto que fomos acomodados assim que fizemos check in estava sujo, poeira e cheio cabelo chão. Não há ventilador de teto como informado no anúncio, e chuveiro está péssimas condições, vazando para os lados e encardido.
