Close to hospitals, schools, colleges and cultural centers.The apartment sleeps up to 3 people in 2 single box beds that can become a queen and a double sofa bed.It has an equipped kitchen for dining, a dining table for 4 people, air conditioning, cable TV, Wi-Fi Internet, laundry with washing machine and a delicious balcony to enjoy the evening.The building has a beautiful pool, sauna and gym that guests can enjoy.-Portaria 24 hours- Garage-Drawing: The change of sheets and towels is not daily, I recommend always hanging towels after use to keep them dry until the next bath.Additional Rules- It is necessary to fill in our registration form with the data of all guests and send in advance copy of photo document of all guests.- Visits are not allowed.
