「This place was great until the second floor bedroom AC would not work. I contacted them multiple times via email and phone and they assured me they would try to resolve the issue during my stay. They then told me they were unable to do this. I informed them I chose this as it was supposed to include AC and the second floor was where we would be sleeping. It was extremely hot at night and during the day after walking 15k steps.」

「Great value. An excellent location if you want to stay in the historic and cultural heart of Porto. I’d consider staying here again, but there are some important things to know.
I stayed three nights in Rm 6 on the 3rd floor. There’s no elevator, so consider a lower floor if carrying luggage upstairs is an issue. My room was spacious and clean, with a kitchenette, breakfast bar and bathroom with shower. There was even a cool turntable with records available to borrow for free, although mine...
