「Host sent check-in instructions the day before arriving. The apartment is located in the center of downtown with numerous stores, restaurants, beaches, and bus stops easily within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean and relatively quiet, despite being on the ground floor of a fairly busy street. 「We had a great stay here (4 adults, 2 older kids). It was clean, and had everything we needed. Finding parking was also not hard each night. We had a small issue and the issue was revolved within the day. You cannot ask for anything more than that.We hope to return again!」

「Everything was great with the place. Perfect location. Having parking for the rental car was fantastic. The host was great and super responsive and gave suggestions for sight seeing and enjoying the island. One minor complaint the pillows could use some updating.」

「The apartment is nice and had everything needed for a comfortable stay but is very bare bones. It has a partially obstructed view of the harbor from the terrace and main room. The bathroom is very small. It is well located to explore the city on foot and easy to the main road for exploring the island. There are stairs and the lift takes you up but there are still 4 stairs if you have limited mobility or large suitcases this could be an issue. The parking is very tight in the garage, very tight....

「Accommodation was really nice, clean, and well maintained. Only disadvantage is that there is no elevator and it’s situated on third floor. The key pick up is in a different location, which had complicated our check in, as the city center was closed for cars for a festival and we had to walk for 25 minutes. Also during our stay the house was rather cold, what can be during the summer rather an advantage.」

「Place appears newly renovated, with fairly good quality materials and large rooms.
Location is close to the town core - about a 10-15 minute walk. Immediate area is of older less well kept buildings and perhaps these will also participate in restoration over time - we did not feel uncomfortable walking the area, but did experience street noise, particularly the front bedroom and living room. Parking lot about 50m away for 1 Euro per 24 hours that was convenient vs street parking. Ad posting...

「We had a lovely stay at this property! It was conveniently located with parking right on site. We were even allowed to check in early which was so appreciated as we arrived early in the morning and were traveling with our 2 year old son. A high chair and crib were provided as well which was very convenient. The hosts were also very communicative offering daily suggestions on things to see and do while we were visiting the island. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Sao Miguel!」
