The Flat is located in Maresias - the most beautiful beach of the North Coast - 50 Mts from the Sand !!!
The condominium has: concierge, pool, barbecue and 1 parking space.
The Flat has: 01 bedroom with: Air conditioning, double bed, and closet. In the living room: cable TV, internet, ceiling fan, air conditioning, sofa (fits 1 person comfortably sleeping) and loose mattress. Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave, table with chairs for dining and utensils. Bathroom with glass shower.
The apartment is located in the best and most private block of the condo, block B.

The Sun House condominium is located in 'Canto do Moreira' the most beautiful and valued place of Maresias beach, having all the convenience of just crossing a promenade to walk on the sand, so no need to use car to go to the beach.
