Sheraton Santos Hotel
The location and staff are the main reason why we will come back. I can’t say for bough about the staff - so knowledgeable and helpful. All of them - front desk, restaurant/bar, maintenance, etc. absolutely all of them.

Apê Santos Gonzaga
Check-in facil, prédio novo e praticidade no quarto. Chuveiro maravilhoso. Não tem serviço de arrumação, pedi toalhas e tapetinho de banheiro,demorou pra chegar. Mas hotel tava lotado entao isso nao me incomodou muito. Mas em praia, ja deveria ser fornecido facilmente pois nao da pra ficar sem banho ...
