「Front desk was unoccupied for several minutes(10) while I waited to check in. Coffee was horrendous. Breakfast choices were minimal」

「Extender stay for personal reasons. A great locación near everything in Brunswick. Clean, quiet, confortable room and staff was excellent.」

「Beautifully renovated near interstate...parking was a bit confusing as to the entrance...make sure you enter thru the 1st entry at the Comfort Inn entrance and immediately turn left in front of the building and continue till you see the RRI which sits back a bit...staff ULTRA friendly and helpful.」

「Room was dated and mold in tub and walls of bath. Curtains did not keep huge lights outside from shining into room. Dining table was dirty at bfast. Food was fine and plenty to choose from. As a Hilton Member this one was not a great stay and there are many more choices across both sides of hiway. Would not stay here again.」

「There was no one at the desk at check in, about 7 PM. I waited 5 to 10 minutes before someone showed up. After an 8 hour drive, that was not appreciated. 」

「I was hesitant to stay at another Quality Inn but this one was pretty good. Decent breakfast. The pool was closed though and per the site it was supposed to be open. 」

「We have stayed here 5 times, the room is always clean and well equipped and the staff are very helpful and friendly. A good situation by the I95 for easy access. Breakfast adequate.」

「I love it here. I always choose to stay here when I'm in Brunswick. They always treat me woth kindness and make me feel absolutely special. I love Gary he's the best and Ms. Linda is so sweet I love talking both their heads off when I'm there. Please tell them thank you for always making my visit awesome 」

「Staff were friendly and welcoming, helpful w local suggestions and tried to assist w a personal dilemma. Room was on small size (but adequate). Some minor maintenance and housekeeping issues should be addressed. Location was excellent for walking around downtown.」

「Visited due to a last minute business trip Reservation was a disaster ! checked into a dirty room . I mean Filthy !! Everything was under construction lobby was closed Some older gentleman , with a receiving hairline, Had the worst STANK ATTITUDE . His looks matches his service.」

「The hotel was wonderful and the staff was very helpful. We loved the river view. Its something you would never get tired of looking at. It would have been nice if they had some complimentary coffee in the lobby to take up to your room. you could sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view from your room.」

「First off the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, we had to request clean sheets and change them ourselves. We were traveling with 2 dogs so I’m sure we were assigned the worst room. The breakfast was good. The evening check in was a bit odd. I believe someone was being trained but was not greeted or addressed upon arrival and they didn’t check my ID which I thought was odd. Staff were pleasant but not engaging. Hotel is older and needs upgrades. Good for a quick stay.」

「The room smelled awful i got dick. The first room The air conditioner didn't work. No blow dryer, no iron, no coffee maker and no breakfast like advertised. When I came out of the bathroom the was a giant cockroach crawling on the floor. When we got home there where some in my luggage. Stay away from this place worst hotel I ever stayed at.」
