Good location and a 5 minute walk to the Ace Family Quad lift via a shortcut path and a 10 minute uphill walk to the Ace Gondola via the Hirafu-Zaka Street. The room we got was located in the basement and require some 15-20 odd stairs down. Luckily, there was a hotel van that took us from the airport bus drop off location to the hotel and the guide helped us with one of the luggage. We still had to move the other luggages down the stairs. Can be a deal breaker if you don't want to carry heavy luggages down and up (upon leaving) the stairs. Room is clean and bathroom is decent sized. Nothing to complain exept for the stairs. Had we gotten any of the ground floor rooms, then I have no complain.

This is a great stay in the winter. Cars picked us up from our room to go to the main lodge. Food was great. They have hot springs here. They arranged a taxi to the airport when their shuttle wouldn’t get us there on time. Could not ask for more of this hotel. Would highly recommend. Rooms very comfortable and spacious.
