A very nice place to stay, close to a metro station (Nakajima Park) and the staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was lovely and the rooms were very comfortable & clean.
Clean property that is starting to show its age a little. Room was spacious, staff were excellent. Was a bit of noise from neighbouring rooms that would come through the walls and ceiling at all hours of the night.
The room was one of the biggest among other hotel in Japan. It came with 2 super single and a sofa bed. It was all set up when we checked it.

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
While the room was neatly arranged, there was a persistent, old musty smell that was quite bothersome throughout my stay.
Furthermore, communication with the reception was extremely difficult. Even with the help of a translator, I struggled to communicate in both English and Korean, making it hard to receive proper service. Despite being a hotel in a globally recognized city catering to international guests,
I am leaving with the impression that the staff is not yet prepared for seamless communication.
great value for money and had a enjoyable stay. rooms were modern and comfortable. rows of Love Motel right beside the hotel and a little bit of a walk to the main shopping/food belt
We stayed here on our first night Hokkaido , were greeted warmly and provided everything we needed including directions to Ramen Street, which we loved and went back to on occasion while in Sapporo. Would recommend for short stay in Sapporo.
