While the room was neatly arranged, there was a persistent, old musty smell that was quite bothersome throughout my stay. Furthermore, communication with the reception was extremely difficult. Even with the help of a translator, I struggled to communicate in both English and Korean, making it hard to receive proper service. Despite being a hotel in a globally recognized city catering to international guests, I am leaving with the impression that the staff is not yet prepared for seamless communication.

great value for money and had a enjoyable stay. rooms were modern and comfortable. rows of Love Motel right beside the hotel and a little bit of a walk to the main shopping/food belt

We stayed here on our first night Hokkaido , were greeted warmly and provided everything we needed including directions to Ramen Street, which we loved and went back to on occasion while in Sapporo. Would recommend for short stay in Sapporo.
