Great hotel. Helpful staff. Location is a bit away from downtown promenade area but only a short ride and the views are worth it. Room was very comfortable with LoTS of outlets!

Great views. Great location near the busy areas, but far enough away to accommodate parking and easy access. Nice breakfast! It was off season, which may be the reason, but daily room cleaning was lacking.

The Art Hotel offers the best breakfast in Sarande and the rooms are flawless. The staff always strive to keep the customer happy. It is a beautiful experinece that I highly recommend.

Fantastic

Superb hotel in Saranda. The hotel is 3 years old but feels very new and overall clean. The staff is amazing and very friendly! The views from the top balconies are stunning and the pool is clean and quiet. 5-10min walk from the beach clubs and around 20min walk to public beaches. Highly recommended!

People were very attentive and friendly. Even though there was sometimes a language barrier they always took the time to try and understand what we were saying and asking. They explained all the traditional dishes to us. The pool area was great for a relaxing day at the hotel and the coctails were amazing. The view from the hotel was amazing. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Overall great hotel, location is wrong on hotels.com. takes 20 min to walk to the city and it is slot up and down stairs. music at the pool is very loud and it is the same playlist on repeat in a 90 min loop. Super nice staff and amazing view.

The staff were great, however the breakfast was quite limited, and the hotel was right in the centre of a lot of construction. As such it was quite noisy at night and though out the day. The photos appear to do the hotel a lot more justice then they appear.

Clean with a good view.

Clean and modern hotel with a fantastic view. Helpful staff and nice pool area. The location might not suit everyone as it was on top of a hill will a steep climb to get up from the beach.

Amazing hotel

The hotel was amazing! It was super clean and had a gorgeous view of Sarandë. It’s a 20 minute walk from the centre, which meant the hotel was quiet and relaxing at night time. The staff were super helpful and welcoming, there was always staff available in the hotel should you need any assistance. We will definitely come back! Loved it!

Only negative is that the hotel is far up on a hill, so make sure to have some kind of transportation. Elsewise a very good and comfortable hotel with good pool and tanning area. Make sure to get a room with seaview. The view is amazing.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed, with a nice view from our balcony across to Corfu. The pool and room were clean and breakfast was tasty. The only 2 downsides were that the car park was more like an abandoned quarry with a large digger in, so only enough room to park for several cars, and the lots either side of the hotel were building sites which you couldn’t see from any pictures online. We weren’t too fussed but it’s worth baring in mind if you want a scenic hotel stay

Our stay at the Art Hotel was thoroughly enjoyable. The room was clean, and the balcony offered a stunning view of the sea. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool, which was spacious with comfortable loungers and music that perfectly matched our taste. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to cater to all preferences. The staff, although young, were very friendly and attentive. We also watched the EM game at the hotel and enjoyed a meal, along with two complimentary shots. Additionally, the Lost Seaside Beach Club is within walking distance, adding to the convenience of our stay. Overall, the Art Hotel provided a wonderful experience that we highly recommend.

Avoid

The staff are friendly. That’s really the only positive. The breakfast is pretty depressing, and we didn’t bother with it. We ended up going elsewhere to buy a real breakfast. We were also woken up at 8 in the morning on Sunday by a giant digging machine across the street, shaking our building.

You definitely need a car if you’re staying here as the town, although nearby, was too far and hilly to walk. My room had a balcony so I had the view of the ocean from my bed. The room was clean and spacious enough, the breakfast was fine and it also had a view.

The hotel itself was very nice, and very well maintained. The breakfast in the morning was also very good. The area around the hotel is not very walkable and a car is advisable. Saranda can get very crowded during the busy season and the roads are very narrow.
