It's a beautiful home with all the amenities. It's close to great restaurants, beaches, and much more. The owners were extremely accommodating. We will definitely be back.

The house was well-provisioned. Plenty of plates, glassware, silverware, and pots and pans. The owner was generous with paper products and cleaning supplies on hand. Best part was the wonderful pool area, with comfortable seating under cover plus lounges for sunning. Beds were comfortable. Very enjoyable stay!

We stayed here 7 weeks and it was perfect, nice clean house and nice layout, clean heated pool. Nice backyard with lots of neat birds singing. We will stay here again someday.

House was fully stocked with everything you could need and more, even had chairs and umbrella for the beach. Beds were so comfy. Pool was great, so nice to be able to go swimming at anytime, day or night. House is located close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. I would stay again for sure.

We all enjoyed our stay. Easy check in check out. Loved the very comfortable sofas, and plenty of space for everyone. Good location to beach and downtown Sarasota. Liked the pool, but water was too cold to swim comfortably. Hot tub would be a great addition!

Just returned from a wonderful week’s vacation in paradise. Honestly, everything was perfect. The lanai is icing on the cake. Thank you Evelyn for accommodating me to change weeks after the second hurricane hit. Your property was very blessed without damage. Great location, 20 minutes to Siesta Key! I’ll be back for sure.

This home was quiet, clean and as presented. Our family enjoyed the heated pool, the split floor plan was great for adults and children. Clean, quiet, perfect for three friends with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and lovely pool. One would need a car and we tracked out each day to explore new areas. Host very responsive. A bit off the beaten path which was fine with us and not so traffic laden.

This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The home is has so many amenities including all you need to prepare meals and dine in. The backyard with a HUGE patio area, pool and pool cage became the go to daytime living quarters. I highly recommended this place and would stay here again when visiting the Sarasota area.

My wife and I stayed in this home for about a week with our two sons, who were delighted to each have their own bedroom and bathroom. The location was perfect for us (near my mother), and the house has a great pool. The property owner was very clear, helpful, and responsive, and I would certainly recommend this home to others.

House was exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable, the house was large enough for everyone to spread out and the pool was incredible. The outside space was our favorite and where we all hung out the most. Communication with the owner & Property manager could not have been any smoother and they made sure that every question was answered and both went above and beyond in making sure our stay was perfect. The home was perfect for our family. My son and daughter in law and grandson had one whole wing of the house and on the other side of the house was the very large master bedroom for my wife and me. In the middle of the home was a large living area and well stocked kitchen which allowed us to make meals. The best part of the home was the pool and large lanai. My four year old grandson spent ever minute he could in the pool. The rest of us were in and out of the pool and enjoying the weather sitting outside under the covered area of the lanai. It was a perfect setup. We even used their grille to cook hot dogs and burgers for our last night there.
