Post hurricane Milton

I would stay again. Hurricane situation had some impact on the stay, but overall it was good. The AC was great, as was the patio space. A few maintenance items will be easy to address.

Close to everything

First rental of our winter travels. House was newly updated, quiet neighborhood and just off one of the main roads that will take you anywhere you want to go in Sarasota. We had a slight problem with the AC and management took care of it right away. Kitchen has a nice selection of pots and pans. We loved having the beach chairs and umbrella available for our many excursion to all the beautiful beaches in the area. Would stay here again.

Spring Break

Small and cute place to stay. It was clean and stocked with the essentials. Neighborhood was safe and quite. The toilet in the laundry room was broken when we arrived Thankfully, my husband is a plumber and purchased a part and fixed it. Suggestion would be to purchase a chest dresser of drawers for master bedroom since there wasn't one. Also, a mirror on the back door of the master bedroom. It was a nice stay.

Clean and comfortable

We chose this property because we would be traveling with a pet. However, it was a great choice even if we were not. The home was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The screened patio was huge, and my favorite aspect. The yard was shady, and the neighborhood was quiet except for one afternoon in which we could hear live music. It wasn't long and not into the night. If traveling with a pet, please make sure to note that the VRBO price does not include the pet fee. That is separate.

Awesome place, perfect!

This is a great place! Turned out to be right around the corner from where the event was we were there for. I don't think I could have found a better place! Great neighborhood, quiet, peacefully, so relaxing. Hopefully can book again next year!

Perfect location

My family and I stayed at this house twice. We were visiting Sarasota for regional and National regatta. The house is about a 13 minute drive to Nathan Benderson park and is also located close to the beach and shopping. We found this to be the perfect location. The house best suits a family of four. The house was very clean upon arrival. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy property

The house was nuce and cozy. There were a few minor cosmetic issues, but nothing that would prevent me from renting the house again. My only complaints would be the water pressure for the shower and the furniture in the living room. Aside from those 2 issues, I would rent again.

Wonderful space in a quiet neighborhood

We loved our stay and definitely would stay here again. The house was clean, comfy and well equipped, and the screened-in back porch with fenced yard was my favorite part.

Great little house conveniently located in Sarasota

This was a great place to stay while visiting Sarasota for a youth crew regatta at Nathan Benderson Park. Half the nightly price of many of the local hotels, in a nice neighborhood, convenient to Nathan Benderson and the University Town Center, as well as St. Armand’s Circle. The listing was perfectly described. The house was clean, everything was labeled and marked, and we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Quiet neighborhood within proximity to ocean front

The house is clean. Fully equipped kitchen and smart tv for family. We played corn hole and had meals in the backyard. Very pet friendly although we had no pets. Plenty of drawer storage and closet space for guests. It was a plus there was beach chair and umbrella for guests. Many restaurants and groceries nearby. Will definitely return for another trip. Sarasota get-away

Would highly recommend this property. Very clean,, great location and it has everything you need. We enjoyed going to watch our hometown team the Orioles play. We also went out on a fishing excursion and enjoyed the local folks.

This property was great for our stay in Sarasota. It is centrally located with an easy 15 minute drive to the waterfront. Very pet friendly with a large, private, fenced backyard with two fabulous live oaks. The back porch included a "dog door". Be sure to check out Owens Fish Camp. The hour or so wait is worth it.

Definitely recommend this place!

This house is just like they advertised cleaning could've been a little better but over-all it was a great central location in Sarasota. Kitchen had all you would need for a rental, beds were really nice, clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was great and very well kept. Backyard had all the room you would need for any kind of family gathering. The screened in porch was extra nice. It was nice to sit out there and listen & watch the thunderstorms roll in. Close to shopping and beautiful beaches. The garage was stocked with beach umbrellas and very nice beach chairs, plus toys for the kids to play with like boogie boards and sandcastle buckets and shovels. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and if ever in the area again would look into renting again
