The hosts were top notch and made us comfortable from the start in this lovely home. This cozy property has plenty of space to spread out and to relax together. We especially loved the outdoor screened area with a dining table and chairs and watching the beautiful birds in the trees all around. This property was in a good location and fulfilled all our needs.

Excellent Location & Great Provisions

This house is in a perfect location for our activities, including the Fogartyville community center and the Legacy Trail. It is well appointed, and has a great deck screened porch which we enjoyed. The owners were very responsive to your questions.

Excellent Sarasota stay

We loved this cute home. Safe neighborhood, close to downtown and a short drive to St. Armand’s. Home was quaint, clean and we certainly would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway without breaking the bank.

Not only is it situated conveniently to downtown and the beaches, it is on a quiet street in a safe established neighborhood.When you arrive, this quaintly decorated home welcomes you. There is plenty of space to make yourself at home without being bare and sparsely furnished.This host has anticipated your needs. There is information about local entertainment, restaurants, and activities. Every bedroom is furnished with a mirror, fan, laundry basket, luggage rack, extra hooks, and an electrical outlet and USB ports on the nightstand.The yard is a fenced if you have pets or children.There are not enough compliments for this property. Great, clean home close to everything

We really enjoyed this house. It was clean and had plenty of room for our family of six. Just a few minutes away from great beaches and lots of family activities. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great Sarasota Location!

Great home for quick weekend getaway

Stayed for a quick trip to Florida for a family birthday. House was clean in quiet neighborhood. Owner was very accommodating with our early arrival, even calling me the day before to check with us! Would definitely stay there again our next visit!!!

Great Stay

The house is in a great location, quiet neighborhood, and close to everything. The owner really thought of all the things that would help a traveling family. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, etc. They also have created a great information binder that was very helpful for area things to do and see. We will stay here again if in the area.
