The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, totally updated and comfortably furnished. We offer High Speed WIFI/Cable smart TV, washer and dryer, quality beds, linens and fully stocked kitchen. House is also equipped with beach chairs/towels, umbrellas, coolers and games. Also we offer Townie bikes upon request. The living space is clean, open and bright. A screened in lanai faces the back garden and deck with BBQ. The master bedroom has a queen bed with adjacent bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds. There is a blow up bed if needed. The second bath is a shower/tub combo. Fenced back yard, Pets OK . Please make a note on the reservation about number of pets. There is a pet fee for each pet. Ask about a discount for pets for longs stays. RV and Boat parking available. Bike rental nearby delivers.. The Home offers all the comforts of home. Under a mile to Downtown Main Street restaurants/shopping/theaters and Selby Gardens.10 min to Lido Key beach and St. Armands Circle. 5 mins to Sarasota Bayfront with Tiki Bar, water front dining and Marina Jack with boat cruises and fishing excursions.15 min drive to Siesta Key Village and Beach. Close to Golf courses, Oriole Spring training and Medical facilities. Only 7.5 miles to the Benderson Park World Rowing facility. 40 acre Payne Park has a Running/Walking track, Playground, Cafe, Music Friday eves, Frisbee Golf, Skate Park, Sunset Hill and Ducky pond.
