Cozy 1/1 Condo Overlooking the Groves Golf Course Community Pool

This is a charming and luminous condo of 460 sq. ft. fully furnished and equipped with great taste. It will be perfect to enjoy your stay in Sarasota. With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a terrace, equipped kitchen with a bar and cozy living room with a convertible sofa.

** THE MEADOWS GOLF: Please note, golf course is not currently open to tenants **

★Living Area:
On the first floor of the residence, you enter the condo into the very luminous living room with large windows and an access to the patio and the garden. It features one large white couch, a coffee table, lamps, and a TV. You will like the charming decoration and how cozy it feels! The convertible sofa is for 1 person to be used temporarily only and not for a long term stay.

★Kitchen:
Pods and trash bags provided to start you off.
The open kitchen has been rebuilt with a new full kitchen featuring stainless appliances and granite counter tops. It is equipped with all amenities. The brand-new kitchen features a full electric stove and little oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher, pots, pans, coffee maker, and glassware.

★Bedroom:
Bedsheets provided.
The bedroom features a king size bed (2 twin size beds together) with a lovely decoration in tones of blue, a dressing room, a large window and 2 nightstands.

★Bathroom:
You then have access to the bathroom that includes a tub, toilet, sink and mirrors.

★Laundry:
You can find a washer and dryer in the building next to the unit. You will need quarters or the required app to use them.

★Outdoor Space:
The lovely terrace is great to enjoy the average year-round temperature of 73 degrees. With its table and chairs for 2, it will be perfect for family and friends.

★Parking:
One parking space included. You can easily park your car in front of the building.

★Pool:
Enjoy the heated communal pool of Bunker Oaks. Please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not always reach the desired setting. The pool is heated seasonally in accordance with Homeowners Association guidelines. Guests are kindly asked to follow all HOA pool rules, including posted hours of operation.

★Amenities:
The Meadows community is known for its scenic trails, which are perfect for walking, biking, and bird watching. For those seeking additional recreational options, the prestigious Meadows Country Club offers a separate membership that includes an 18-hole golf course, 18 Har-Tru tennis courts, a lap pool, dining options, and a variety of social events.

**Please note that these memberships are not currently open to tenants. Alternatively, Bobby Jones Golf Course is conveniently located just 2 miles from the condo, offering easy access to a premier golfing experience!** 

★Additional Info:
This rental is subject to Homeowners Association (HOA) approval, which may take up to one week.
Please note that the HOA application fee is not included in the booking total. For U.S. applicants, the fee is currently $50 for a single applicant, $65 for a married couple, and $96 for two unmarried co-applicants.
Fees for international applicants are higher. All amounts are subject to change.

The common areas of the private residence features ice maker, laundry (the building next to the unit, quarters needed for washing/drying) and an outdoor communal swimming pool.

★ High Season Booking Policy (January 1 – March 31)
This rental is available by calendar month only, with check-in on the 1st of the month. Guests may book 1, 2, or more consecutive calendar months. Thank you for your understanding!

★Important Notes & Rules:
- No pets allowed per the HOA's rules
- No trucks, no commercial vehicle, no motorcycles - per the HOA rules
- No parties, non smoking
- Ac cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 82 F - Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running
- For your safety, swimming is at your own risk, and children must be supervised at all times.

★Add-on:
Traveling with a little one? We offer a Pack 'n Play for use during your stay for a one-time fee of $50. This includes clean, fitted sheets for your convenience. Just let us know in advance if you'd like to add this to your booking!
