Phenomenal Stay!

Our stay at The Cozzi Cottage was phenomenal, as always. We have stayed here before. The property is brand new! It has been completely remodeled, and it feels even better than before. We also rented a golf cart from Seabreeze and it made the experience even better. Their rates are reasonable, and the cars are brand new. You can't get any closer to the beach at this price point and vibe.

Perfect Place

I was traveling solo and this cottage was the perfect place. The location was great and beach access is steps away. My one little complaint is it's time for the mattress to be upgraded. I highly recommend!

Cozzi and comfortable!

Can't wait to visit again!

Cozzi Cottage was the perfect beach getaway! The location was amazing — steps away from the beach and only a ten minute drive to either end of the island, giving us the opportunity to explore AMI and all that it has to offer. :) The rental was extremely clean and perfectly decorated…we felt so relaxed and at home. We can't wait to visit again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This is the perfect beach cottage! Providing a comfortable king bed, all the soaps you need and just a very short walk to the sand. Outdoor shower to wash off your feet before going inside. Plenty of outdoor space to relax at night. The pool was very quiet and a nice change when you've had too much of the gulf. Highly recommend!

Great stay!!!

The Cozzi Cottage was fantastic, especially for a couple. The bedroom was large with a spacious closet, the bathroom and shower were also nice and spacious with plenty of storage. The kitchen had all we needed. The outdoor spaces were really nice, especially the rooftop deck with great sunset viewing and stargazing afterward. The location is terrific, about a 3 minute walk to the beach. The outdoor landscaping was pretty, and the pool was very nice, and warm. Great stay!

Top notch vacation property

Perfect location! Well equipped except for K Cup Coffee machine that was missing. It was brought to us 4 days into our trip. Otherwise, everything was great. Clean, comfortable Cottage and we would recommend it to anyone. When we come back to AMI, we hope to stay in Cozzi cottage again!

Wish we could've stayed longer!

If you are scrolling thru looking for a place, STOP at the Cozzi Cottage. This place is adorable and so comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, living room has very comfortable furniture, bed is very comfortable and the décor is top notch. We loved the rooftop deck with a great view of the beach. The heated pool was never crowded and had plenty of places to sit. We walked to the grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, and of course the beach. My only wish - that we could have stayed longer!

Clean, spacious, and comfortable!

My wife and I along with another couple stayed at the Bahama Mama for two weeks. We found it clean, spacious, and comfortable! We spent the majority of our time by the pool, which has a large amount of seating. There is a covered patio with a gas grill near the pool, that we actually used, which is a rarity as we tend to go out for dinner while on vacation. The screened lanai above the patio provided a nice relaxing and comfortable area for evening, drinks, and conversation.
