Great house near the beach

This place was great for our family. About a 2 minute walk to the beach. Very spacious and the pool was a great bonus for the kids. Would stay here again!

Location! Location! Location!

We had the absolute best time at this gem of a beach house while visiting St. Armand’s. Anything that you could possibly want to do in the area was right at your fingertips and a short stroll away! The pool, spa and ping-pong table were so nice to come back to after the beach or dinner out on the circle! It was great for our small family of four spring break trip! Highly recommend!

I loved my stay at Stone's Throw. The cottage is absolutely cute and cozy. Loved the pool, regardless of the mosquitos. Super close to the beach and gorgeous neighborhood.

Great beach house!

We loved our stay at this property! The pool and hot tub were wonderful, my family got so much use out of it! The location is perfect, just a couple blocks away from shopping, dining and beaches. Delightful property

The house was excellent in almost all respects. It was clean, comfortable, well decorated, well equipped and very well located. Our only issue was that the dishwasher didn't get the dishes as clean as we would have liked.

Family vacation Lido Beach

The home was wonderful for our group. Master suite was lovely. Other bedrooms were great for the adult children and grandchild. Construction noise next door was a little loud at times but not in control of home owners. I understand the door alarm is required, but that was annoying after the granddaughter was in bed. Very loud. In a previous stay in Florida, the alarm was a chime and did not escalate as the door remained open. But perhaps city ordinance requires a loud annoying alarm. Location was fabulous. Close to beach and St. Armand's Circle. The wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, and sand toys were essential for the beach visits. Fabulous stay. Thank you.

Fabulous house!

You can’t find a better location than this! The decor is very cute and the the pool/hot tub are beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. My only complaint is that there isn’t a comfortable outdoor space. On a pretty day, I would find myself often reading on the living room couch rather than poolside where I’d rather be if not for the hard lounge chairs.

Good vacation

very nice and cozy house. In reality, everything is as in the photo in the ad. Near the ocean. it was convenient to go with children, and there were 6 of them from 12 years to 9 months. The only thing that needs to be worked on is that the bed in the master bedroom does not creak, and the dryer only works on one program. Everything else is great!

perfect location

This home was very special. The property manager/Host , Trevor,was super nice, and very helpful. Even before our arrival he was helping us make decisions on where to get groceries and renting a golf cart via text and phone calls. We also used his expertise a few times during our trip as well. He grew up locally so he had a lot of knowledge on the area. He met us at our property on arrival and showed us around the house and how to use the thermostat, garage, gave us codes for the bike locks etc. The "extras" were great and there were many. The home came with two beach cruisers, a nice beach wagon, 4 comfy beach chairs, ample beach towels ( I think 12), a beach cooler/icechest an extra full sized fridge for beverages in the garage and a deep freezer to store our extra bags of ice for the beach. Linen service was included and was of good quality. The location could not have been better. The proximity to the beach was a brief walk after filling the wagon with our cooler and beach items conveniently in the garage. The shops in St Armand's circle were close enough to walk but we chose to drive because the shopping was amazing and we needed to store our treasures in our rental car. I could see strolling home after a dinner at one of the many wonderful restaurants. We had two favorite restaurants: Le Collone and Shore, but all were good. There was everything from a New York style deli and pizza shops to fine dining. The home itself had a very comfortable living space. Very clean, seemed new or freshly remodeled. The bedrooms were all nicely furnished and all 4 beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice and the master bath was large and open with a spa-like vibe. There was enough room in there to share space with my two teen daughters as we helped each other get ready for our fun evenings out. My husband and I really appreciated the screened in porch to keep the bugs away while we sipped on our evening beverages and that tree in the back yard was visible form the main living areas at all times, so that lent a peaceful atmosphere to the home. Overall, I recommend this home. It lacked nothing and was everything that my family had hoped for. I will definitely look for and rent from Lido Key Vacation Rental again when we go back to the area and ask for Trevor.
