Welcome to your relaxation destination! Nestled within a gated community, this charming one-bedroom, one-bath retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Conveniently located near the Sarasota/Bradenton Airport, this retreat is the perfect home base for exploring all that the area has to offer. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this gated community getaway has something for everyone. Book your stay today!

You will have access to the whole house and park amenities offered within the community. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling community pool, challenge friends or family to a game of shuffleboard, pickleball or tennis on the courts, or let the kids burn off energy at the playground complete with a basketball hoop.

Please note that while the lanai is an enclosed space, it does not have heating or cooling facilities.

Short drive to Lido Beach, Longboat key, and Siesta Key Beach! Lots of shopping, restaurants, and family friendly attractions!

Sarasota Stay

Seasoned but very well kept property. In close proximity to neighbors but very quiet neighborhood. Closeness to the airport noted during daytime hours. Housing park/resort is well maintained and residents are very friendly. Easy travelling to various destinations due to proximity to main highways.
