No lighted sign in front of Motel. and it was dark outside. No one in the office had to call to talk to a remote person. Asked for an extra blanket and it never showed up. The code would not open the door to our room so they had to change it to a different room. Dirty spots on the blanket that was also the bedspread.

When we turned on the light at night there were a dozen roaches. We killed many of them and left the lights on for the short few hours until dawn. We noted this to the front desk and showed photos. She promised a full refund. When I called to ask about the refund they told me the manager declined it. I also don’t like that they use traditional metal keys that could be duplicated. This is a serious security issue.

Staff was friendly and property located in a convenient area for our trip. This is a no frill motel with some superficial make over. Mattress are aged. It fit our needs well for location and we enjoyed our stay.

The room was absolutely horrible. Old beat up and smelly. I took pictures hoping there was a place to send them when your company asked how was the stay. It was not worth 25% of what we paid. I’m not happy that we can no longer trust booking on Expedia.

I had reserved a room with a king size bed but was given a room with 2 full sized beds. The vending machine was out of water, the guy at the front desk was like just go across the street to the convenience store. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The room was clean although the furniture had seen better days.The bathroom had recently been renovated and was very clean apart from the wc which leaked sat the bottom when flushed.The A C only blew cold air and as it was cold outside it made it a bit uncomfortable. On the upside the staff were very friendly and the location was very convenient for local attractions but we did not stay for the second day of our booking
