Great for our trip into Sarasota for a spring training game. Right in between Siesta Key and Ed Smith Stadium. I wanted to rate it a 4/5 but my wife said the breakfast is worth a star.

Amazing property with great staff. The rooms were big and seemed almost brand new. Big bathrooms and walk in shower. The pool was unreal - very large and full of chairs and a great tiki bar!

We usually stay at the sister property Ameniti Bay, but they were booked for our recent trip. Magnolia Pointe was as nice, and more quiet. Breakfast was great, staff very friendly and helpful. The pool is fantastic. We will definitely stay again.

Lynn and Denise at the front desk are amazing, they both show great customer service and go the extra mile for guests. Ashley the manager was accommodating with an issue that raised. I appreciate the attentiveness to making our stay good. Tim was also nice but was not correct on information that he gave us, moved us to a room that he said had tub and it did not, very disappointing. The 2nd room #618 was not as clean, clogged sink, dirty sheets and carpet had several stains. The breakfast was nice to have in the mornings.

The handicap shower curtain was placed outside of the shower base causing the water to drain in the bathroom floor. It was not really functional without a lot of clean up. A good bit of road noise although the location was central for us.

Uncomfortable and overpriced
Definitely not worth almost $200/night. The only good thing it had going for it was the cleanliness. Beds are not comfortable. Sheets and towels are not soft. “Bath” towels are child-sized. Hotel was not busy but when we tried to get extra towels, there were none left. Asked for an extra pillow and they didn’t have any of those either. First and last time at a BW Signature.
