Other things to note
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- A mandatory pool heat fee of $25 per day is required from November to March. We aim to keep the pool at 86°F, but if outdoor temperatures drop below 70°F, the water temperature may decline. Please note that specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.
