Wonderful home with in a perfect location

The Shore House was great for our 4 family vacation. It was clean, had plenty of beach towels and chairs. The pool was lovely. The best part of it was the location - a short walk to St Armand’s Circle and Lido Beach. We had a fantastic time!!

Christmas Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Lido Key! The property was beautiful and spacious for our families. The property manager’s communication was so helpful and they were always available via text or call. The sun misses the pool during the winter months, but because it was heated and we had the hot tub, it wasn’t a huge concern!

Property was well maintained. Updated with comfortable accommodations. Property manager was extremely responsive when we had issues with water temperature. Pool was great. Location was prime for walking to at St. Armand’s circle.

Great family trip

This was our second trip to this property - another great family vacation. House is huge and beautiful, heated pool and spa are great and you are located right by the circle and the beach. We absolutely loved it!

Great house/great location

Started trip with golfing buddies and wives - we loved the big house and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Ended the trip with family - they loved the pool, restaurants and beach. Trevor was a freer host! Overall just a perfect vacation!

Fantastic property for large family

This house has a great layout. 16 adults and 2 children easily stayed without feeling crowded. Plenty of spaces and balconies to get away and big public spaces to enjoy company. Nice pool. Located blocks from the very cute downtown.

Wonderful place for family vacation

We just ended our stay at The Shore House for our large family vacation. The layout is spacious and private - and the home is beautifully appointed. The kids loved the pool and the close proximity to the Lido Beach Pavilion - and the adults loved the close proximity to St Armands Circle. We walked to dinner and ice cream every night. We’ll be back!

Great property in a lovely neighborhood

The property is large, with several connecting bedrooms with private bathrooms and multi car garage. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s perfect for several families staying together. The neighborhood is fantastic. A short walk to restaurants, shop and the beach, and a short drive to downtown Sarasota.

September in Lido

Beautiful home. Perfect location to walk to beach or nearby shopping or great restaurants. Few minor maintenance requests were answered immediately. Minor issue bikes and beach chairs are dated. Lovely pool. Fun game room and mini golf. Great kitchen for cooking. Nice grill and outdoor deck area to watch the Browns!

Loved it!

The house was spectacular! Plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. Was an added bonus that there were 2 washers and dryers. Was not aware of that when booking. Great location. A couple blocks from restaurants and shops. Very close to the beach. The kids had a great time in the pool and hot tub. The house was overall very clean.....only complaint was the floors were really dirty. If we go with a big group again, will definitely try to book this house again!

House was beautiful, spacious, clean, stocked very well in kitchen, beach towels, chairs, wagon! Everything you needed was there! Loved that we could walk everywhere and not have to fight traffic! Only thing I didn’t like was the huge mold area at the pool, where we spend most of our time. It was just an eye sore! I’d still rate 5 stars because everything else was exceptional!

Spacious home, perfect for big families.

The Shores had everything you need. Beach chairs, beach towels ( we brought some beach towels and didn't even use them and we had 16 people) and bikes, and everything you need for cooking. First floor had washer and dryer and second floor had washer and dryer. Its a very nice house! Carol Birdsell

Family Spring Break

Absolutely beautiful property! Perfect for extended family! Everyone can be under one roof but large enough to allow privacy for for all when needed. Pictures are perfect reflection of home. Very clean and well maintained. Beautiful pool area. My children and grandchildren loved the putting green. Very short walk to Armands circle and beach. House is located in a beautiful neighborhood -great for walks and exercise. Trevor was wonderful! Very attentive to all our questions. Met us at the property to orient to all the amenities of the house. Wonderful vacation! Will return again!

Family & friends Vacay

Nice house and very comfy! Good taste in decor! Very nice area, we enjoyed very much our walks around the beautiful neighborhood! A little bit far from the beach, but very quickly (4min) by bike! Things that we missed: - a real outdoor kitchen (no sink, no water, no balcony to prepare your barbecue) - a bathroom by the pool area or by the game room (we had to go upstairs every time we needed) - a good quality umbrella (at least 2-3) but honestly for the price that you pay and for the size of the house, guests would deserve 1 or 2 nice tents to accommodate everybody! Overall we had wonderful days in the beautiful Sarasota area, including one day at the Anna Maria Island beach and one at the Siesta Key beach: both with amazing white sands and clear water!
