Super cute and affordable accommodation for myself since I was in the area for a wedding. Communication with the host was easy and they were accommodating with my request for a late check out. Highly recommend!

Great Place for a Sarasota Get Away

The unit was perfect for the two of us. It was well appointed with everything you could want. Having the beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrella made having a day at the beach perfect!The host was very gracious and kind. Would definitely stay there again.

Cute Apartment

We were just looking for a place to crash and be close to the beach. Bed is a queen and the kitchen nook is right beside a couch/bed. Two TV's and a nice outside space for the morning. Honestly just what we were looking for

Cute little place

We enjoyed our stay , the location was great for us , close enough to some great hikes and beautiful beaches. There are many restaurants in the area . I enjoyed sitting outside . We had everything we needed.

Everything you need!

This place felt like home away from home! It was a nice touch to have water bottles in the fridge for us. There are beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys you can use if you plan to spend the day at the beach. It has a decent size kitchenette to cook. Truly, if you decide to stay here you won’t regret it - it’s cozy and SO CLOSE to everything.

Exactly as advertised; hosts were extraordinarily kind and helpful.

This property was perfect for me. I love to walk, and it was just a few blocks through beautiful neighborhood to reach the bay. It was a perfect spot for one or perhaps two people. Only a few minutes drive from the airport. Great experience!

Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close and convenient to stores. 15 minute drive to the beach. Owners were friendly and readily available to answer questions we had. Enjoyed our stay.

Cozy cottage

My wife and I were looking to see a different part of Sarasota than just the beaches. We had hoped to find a nice, comfortable neighborhood… and that’s exactly what we got! Our hosts were so pleasant and welcoming. The house was cozy and had all the amenities that we wanted. It was close enough to get to any beaches that we wanted to see and very close to downtown Sarasota! But the neighborhood was so lovely, that we spent one morning just walking around and enjoying it. We found a cute trail to the bay that was completely covered by a natural canopy and even befriended a local peacock. What a lovely visit!! We will undoubtedly be back!!

As described

Water bottles in the fridge! Ever since my first VRBO experience where the host had several water bottles waiting in the fridge for us, it is the first thing I look for, and this host also provided! It was a nice place. Had everything we needed and more. My wife is particular about cleanliness and we had no issues - as it should be. The bathroom was represented in the pictures, ans it was quite small. It worked for us.

Not as Described

There is no lighting. The discretion says "newly renovated" they are currently renovating! This room is the equivalent of a hotel room. Imagine a house that turned a master bedroom into a suite to rent out cut a closet into half and created a bathroom. Took the bedroom and created a mini kitchen. Not a bad place if you're alone and not lookin for room. No beach and far from a lot. The owner is nice and gave me a refund. No wifi and no cell service.

Best vacation ever!

My husband and I will celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary this year. This was the first time in those 18 years that we've ever been able to get away and totally relax for three weeks in a row. The hosts were awesome, providing just the right amount of contact and support. They had great ideas on places to go and things to do if/when we asked - while also giving us plenty of privacy to do our own thing. Even though the property was attached to the hosts' home, it felt like we were always in our own separate space. The property was cute, clean, had an awesome patio, and more than enough closet and pantry space for three weeks of living...we felt incredibly comfortable and welcomed. In short, we can't say enough good things about our hosts or the experience! A note to those who stay there... Everyone goes to the same spot to watch the sunset. Don't go there. Instead, go out to the road in front of the property and head left - then take another left at the corner. Walk a couple of blocks, find the path, and walk to the end. That's where the real sunset is :)
