Easy access to the interstate adds an extra layer of convenience during your stay. The renowned beaches of Siesta Key are just 10 miles from your front door.

New flooring and updated furnishings perfectly complement the home's elegant coastal decor, providing a soothing setting for family gatherings. The furnished Florida Room is ready to welcome you for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Everyone can spread out for some sun-soaked relaxation in the private backyard.

Stainless steel kitchen appliances make it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals that can be enjoyed around the adjacent dining table or on the patio. A bar cart, plush sofas, speakers, and a smart TV set the stage for casual entertainment in the living room.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

No entry

It took us almost 2hrs to gain entry to the house. A vacasa employee arrived and subsequently called maintenance. Both the e-lock snd the lockbox were inoperative. The maint. guy cut the lock box with bolt cutter and then drilled out the box to retrieve the key. Otherwise the house was fine.
