The Meadows neighborhood. Beautiful landscape located amongst 3 top notch golf courses and 14 miles of walking trails. Seasonal memberships available to take advantage of the country club amenities. Unit pool and country club pool available, along with golf, tennis and pickle ball.

Unit is 1 bed/ 1 bath, updated bathroom and new bedroom/ living room furniture. Kitchen has new appliances. Washer and dryer in unit.

All guests subject to HOA application- $100. 30 day/ 1 month minimum rental requirement. Rates subject to change by season. No pick up trucks. No pets.
