Weekend Girls Getaway

Sarasota stay

Condo was in a great location and so comfortable. It’s in the back of the property and allowed for privacy and wonderful views. Having a private bath off the main room was fantastic! Extra linens and beach towels were a great surprise and saved us money. Washing machine and dryer worked very well. Very clean and worth the money! We’d stay here again without question.

Underwhelming

Overpriced for what we got. Very basic. No pantry or cabinet space in kitchen to put groceries. No dresser in one of the bedrooms so no place to put clothing or set accessories like wallet, jewelry, phones etc. No towel racks in one of the bathrooms. Not enough bath towels for 6 people. Ticking noise behind wall of bedroom closet. Not enough seating in the living room for 5 or 6 people to watch TV. Close to grocery store which was convenient. A beach wagon was provided which was nice.

Very Clean Condo

After searching, I found that a three bedroom condo close to the beach is rare, let alone at this price. My sisters and I were pleasantly surprised with the condo and it’s close proximity to ocean blvd. Management was very friendly and responded so quickly to things such as door code not working, etc. We loved staying here and would definitely stay again!

Great convenient location

Overall a nice property. Complex is a bit dated but condo is fairly updated. Don’t expect high end. The space is laid out nicely. The pool at complex was great. Really nice and wasn’t very busy during our stay in peak season. Location makes it easy to get anywhere.

Get away vacation

Renting this property was fast and easy. Location was perfect. Publix across the street and Dunkin Donuts a mile away. Most everything we needed was within 15 min or less. Parking was easy to find and overflow for bikes was close by as well. Loved having sand toys and beach towels. Thank you for leaving dishwasher pods too. We didn’t know there was a washer and dryer so that was a great surprise with a dryer ball! The only thing we had to figure out was how the front door worked and locking the door. I would suggest maybe explaining that more.

Would definitely stay here again.

Here for a big soccer tournament. Great location for restaurants and beach. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Furniture has been updated from the listing photos.

Average not Awesome

The location and outside of the property isn't at the top of the list. The condo itself was clean and as advertised. We had a minor issue that both the property manager and the owner responded to ASAP. This was not a good value for the price we paid. However, this was a late rental in the peak season so I understand.

A few issues

TVs-did not work on arrival. Owner was quick to help. Issues with door lock, but once owner explained how it worked, no problem. Neighbor had a screaming, door slamming fight one night-fortunately only happened once, scary. Last two days a short (or something) caused fire alarm to go off multiple times each morning. Fortunately it only happened in the morning and did not interfere with evening activities. Overall the condo was very nice although the complex was a little off putting due to age and insufficient up keep. While the location of the condo is great, it was a little pricey for an “old” community.

The property was not well maintained and did not look anything like the pictures online. The wi-fi went out twice and the air conditioning went out and was leaking like a syve. I called out and had the unit fixed myself. A bedroom door wouldn't close unless you lifted it and put it in the door jam. All of this and we still paid 4800 for a one month stay.

Family vacation

I stayed at the Clark Rd condo for few days with my Family and I was thrilled. It is super clean and convenient to the Beach and downtown. The price was so affordable that I almost thought its too good to be true, but boy - it is GREAT!I highly recommend. Cozy and awesome.

Amazing and Relaxing all around

I have stayed at the condo over the Summer and I have had a really great experience. The Rooms are beautifully furnished, the rental felt like home, since the moment we arrived. We truly felt comfortable and the distance to all activities ( such as the beach and the downtown) made it for a super active stay. We are returning shortly with our friends and we highly recommend that you try it for yourself.

Ok Vacation

Weather was beautiful, beaches were nice, anything else we wanted to do had to drive too, there was nothing left in Condo as informational attractions or things to do! The condo was nice needs more relaxing seating for people and cookware & utensils in the kitchen, we found a Walmart to buy a good frying pan!! Overall weather was awesome and surrounded areas that we had to find was nice!

Nice place

We stayed here with 4 adults and one baby. It was clean and had a perfect location for our needs. The reason I give it 4 stars is that there was only one small love seat in the living room which made it difficult to be comfortable during down time. Luckily we didn’t spend too much time in the condo but it was a bit annoying. There was too much cheesy decor instead of functionality. Loved the new washer and dryer in unit. Would possibly stay here again.
