“Dadurch das wir so früh im Jahr gebucht hatten haben wir einen wirklich ansprechenden Preisvorteil erhalten. Die Lage ist Top, die Unterkunft ist kleiner als auf den Fotos anzunehmen ist, wer Camping oder Homemobiling mag kommt auf seine Kosten. Wir haben es sehr genossen und das Team vor Ort ist einfach nur super.”

“Our Junior Suite fulfilled all our requirements and Valentina, who runs the property, was exceptionally kind and attentive. The location was fairly central yet quiet, with a supermarket opposite and a choice of excellent restaurants nearby. My wife found some of the pavements and crossings a challenge on her mobility scooter. Why set out a pedestrian crossing with a smooth ramp on one side of the road and an 8-inch kerb on the other??!!”

“Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was set up really well and had plenty of space to relax and get comfortable. Everything was spotless and very well maintained, which I always appreciate. The location was a huge plus—close to everything I needed, with lots of places to eat and things to do nearby. The amenities were great too and made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!”

“Unser Zimmer war sauber und geräumig.Ein Balkon wäre schön gewesen.Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und alles dabei was man braucht für einen guten Start in den Tag. Eier so zubereitet wie gewünscht, Kaffee in allen Varianten, Säfte, Lachs, sardische Brötchen, Croissants ect. Es fehlte an nichts. Sehr hervorzuheben das Personal beim frühstücken. Sehr aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Wie auch die Mitarbeiter am Empfang sehr freundlich und obwohl unser Englisch nicht besonders gut ist……

“It was a delight to have an adults only hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful with all facilities being comfortable and spotlessly clean. While I had to share the pool with a couple of ducks looking on, it was clean and well maintained. The only drawback was that the Rooftop Restaurant with its magnificent views did not serve a full evening meal, however there were various restaurants/bistros etc within easy walking distance.”

“Incredible experience at this wonderful hotel. Even though we arrived pretty early, they were able to check us in to one of our rooms right away. They also generously upgraded our other room. The location of the property is very central and within walking distance to all the main points of interest in Cagliari as well as many great stores to shop, restaurants, cafes, and bars. The hotel itself was formerly a palace so there’s some pretty cool history to it and impressive architecture, while……

“Stayed in Ambrogio Fogar. Nice room although the dimensions of 35 square metres were not the same as advertised on the website (70) and the bathroom was also not the same one as described. Would have been nicer to have a wardrobe instead of hanging clothes out in the open though. The room is very large but a lot of space is wasted. The breakfast was, quite honestly, a bit of a non-starter. Each table was given 2 croissant and 3 small pieces of bread. A big bread basket at the buffet would have……

“There was a strong smell coming from the drains, and the hotel was extremely noisy. Guests coming and going, or socializing in the common areas, kept me awake late into the night. The staff were friendly and service-minded, but unfortunately, the overall experience was not positive.”
