Great Family Holiday

The Rich Coast Vacations group was excellent to deal with. Communication before and during our stay was great and a few minor issues with the house were quickly resolved. We rented a vehicle from them and they treated us fairly. We were even able to get discounts on activities even prior to our stay at the house. The house is beautiful with great views, has one of the best equipped kitchens and BBQ areas we've ever rented and had a lot of outdoor seating. We were a family of 6 renting and there would be easily enough to accommodate a group of 8. It should be noted and it was included in the listing that there is some construction in the area. The location is great, with plenty of beaches nearby and we felt safe at all times. A special thanks to all the staff at Rich Coast for being such great hosts.

Magnificent Stay with Wonderful Sunsets!

Villa Vista Magnifica was perfect in every way. The view, as advertised, was spectacular, with views of the Papagayo Bay, the valley, and incredible sunsets. We were there during the rainy season, and loved watching the storms roll across the valley. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated, with a well equipped kitchen. There are many "extras" like remote control operated blinds for all the glass doors, and water filtration system. The outdoor area was a favorite of ours, with a dining table, outdoor kitchen and grill, comfortable seating, a pool, and fans above the outdoor seating to keep the temperature comfortable. Working with Rich Coast Vacations made things easy. The communication with them was excellent, with lots of info sent before our trip, and personal service throughout our stay for whatever questions or needs we had. Costa Rica is a welcoming place for tourists, with beauty all around. And you can't go wrong with a stay at the Villa!

Amazing.

Let me start by saying this property is incredible. Location is great, the West facing back yard views are amazing. The house is spacious, well designed and beautifully decorated. 3 bedrooms in the main house, each with its own bathroom and a detached (but also walk way connected and close to the main house) casita. Amazing covered patio and outdoor kitchen to enjoy the outdoors in any weather. The property managers went above and beyond several times in helping us plan our days and offer suggestions. The few things I think people should be aware of is this is an 'under construction' neighborhood. and they work 6 days a week. So my quiet back patio mornings were not so quiet. The internet can be a little flaky, which is not unusual in that type of location, but without internet- you can't watch TV and since we were out all day, relaxing in front of a TV screen watching a movie was what we looked forward to in the evening. I also wish there had been a TV in the master bedroom. Small details- and I'm not complaining. I absolutely would love to stay here again. Costa Rica stole my heart. Pura Vida

Magnifica

This home is beautiful and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. While CR is a very interesting country it is without question the local people who make this area so great. During our stay we were fortunate to meet a number of maintenance and repair people all of which were polite and patient with our limited Spanish. Not many comments after seven great weeks! We thank you and hope to have the opportunity to return.
