“Good communication beforehand from Joyce, Thank you. On arrival we were met by Francesco, he was very helpful. The property was clean and well maintained. Very well equipped kitchen. The pool was delightful after a days touring, with the garden offering plenty of shade and situated in a very quite area.We had a short city break in Cagliari for 2 nights which was excellent and then hired a car, so enjoyed the peace and quite at the villa. We had a lovely time and would recommend.”

“We had a wonderful time at the villa and in Sardinia. The villa was great! Perfect location 10-15 mins drive to everything, privacy and a Stunning view. Villa was very clean and equipped with everything you could need. The pool was fantastic - big pool with a gorgeous view, and sun all day. Matthew was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had and also recommendations for activities beach clubs etc. Highly recommend!! ”

“We spent three wonderful weeks in Rosalba's house. The house is really excellent. It is quite spacious and cozy. It has almost everything you might need, but even if you can't find something, just ask Rosabla. Bedrooms have wardrobes and mosquito nets. Everything (including bathrooms) is meticulously clean and neat. The absolute gem of the house is big sea-faced terrace with BBQ, dinner place and a few sofas. It is nice place to have breakfast or to spend evening with a bottle of wine. Thanks……

“The most beautiful place to stay with amazing hosts, Antonello and Lucia, who welcomed us perfectly and showed us all we needed to know.The location is fabulous, with incredible views from the house and the most perfect pool. The kids turned into water babies and it’s a very generous size and heated which made it very enjoyable for all.I would love to come back and stay another time as it really was the most perfect place to stay and we feel there is more to explore as the surrounding area and……
