撒丁岛的别墅

“Das Grundstück ist wahnsinnig gepflegt und das Haus eines der schönsten in der Umgebung. Auch der Blick auf die Berge ist einfach nur schön. Die Ausstattung war genau wie beschrieben und alles sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Simona war unkompliziert und sie hat uns mit vielen Empfehlungen und sogar einer Restaurantreservierung unterstützt. Uns hat nichts gefehlt, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!”

“Very nice villa with very spacious bedrooms- mostly en suite and attractive outdoor space including shady eating area. Beds very comfortable and aircon is quiet and very effective. Walking distance to Lu impostu beach and a couple of restaurants but a car is essential I would say as the villa is well outside San Teodoro. Villa manager Chiara was very helpful and friendly over WhatsApp including assistance with problems of our own making (forgotten items etc) - excellent service. Also v flexible……

“We stayed in the apartment for 12 days at the end of June. We really loved it and for us was very hard to leave. There was Stunning view from the very large terrace. Large and spacious apartment on two floors. Private access to the pool. Large pool with shade and sun beds. Very well-equipped kitchen. Large fridge with freezer. The village has a well-stocked shop, bakery, butcher, fishmonger and several bars and restaurants. Privat parking. There are beautiful beaches in this area. I must also……

“Das Haus war genau so wie beschrieben und daher so wie erwartet. Terrasse und Außenküche bestens und täglich genutzt. Auch Aufteilung der Räume mit den beiden Bädern ist gut und getrennt nutzbar. Die Küchenausstattung war ok, könnte aber auch umfangreicher sein. Pfannenwender hat z.b. gefehlt. Wir waren nur 2 Personen, bei 4 wird es knapp. Allerdings kann die (kleine) Spülmaschine natürlich auch im Dauerbetrieb laufen.Ein Zaun um das Anwesen würde das Sicherheitsgefühl (Hunde) verbessern.……

“Et fremragende sted med vild havudsigt, pool, fin indretning og flere terrasser. Der var to lejligheder i samme hus med hhv. tre soveværelser, to badeværelser, spisekøkken og stue. Og så en lejlighed med et soveværelse, køkken, spisestue og bad. Vi havde et dejligt ophold!”

“We spent three wonderful weeks in Rosalba's house. The house is really excellent. It is quite spacious and cozy. It has almost everything you might need, but even if you can't find something, just ask Rosabla. Bedrooms have wardrobes and mosquito nets. Everything (including bathrooms) is meticulously clean and neat. The absolute gem of the house is big sea-faced terrace with BBQ, dinner place and a few sofas. It is nice place to have breakfast or to spend evening with a bottle of wine. Thanks……
