"We stayed here because of the 4/ 5 star rating reviews , for us it did not stand up to portrayed as that. The veranda is very nice , but the bedrooms and bathroom has no natural light. Sophie and Denis are very nice hosts , and will help you in any way they can . The village of ASCAIN is very good for numerous walks , and you have a good choice of bars and restaurants , which is 5mins by car , and the coast is not too far away. The goats and chicken are lovely"

"Absolutely stunning view from the balcony! Flat was comfortable with everything we needed and was easy to get to as we were travelling by train. We went to the Halles to pick up delicious food and ate well while watching the sea and the sun from the balcony. So relaxing and just what we needed. Natalie was very helpful and friendly."

"This was a lovely apartment to spend two weeks celebrating our 50th Anniversary. Some of the highlights were the beautiful view, just steps to the beach, and walking distance to the yummy bakery, cute shops and great restaurants. We rode the train from the CDG Paris airport, walked the 10 minutes to the apartment and did not need to rent a car. The apartment is well-furnished and it was a pleasure to meet Bertrand. It was a wonderful vacation!"

Sophie and Denis were so welcoming and helpful with numerous ideas of places to go. The sole problem was that a week was simply not enough time to do all that we wanted in this beautiful region. "Tremendous location- short walk to all beaches and close to tons of shopping and restaurants, city center, and market. Parking was easy with garage and street parking close by. The apartment was spacious, remodeled, extremely clean and well maintained with comfortable beds. Is a loft with two of the bedrooms, including a kids room, located up a flight of fairly steep stairs so it may not be ideal for very young kids. "Mes amis et moi avons passé une bonne semaine dans l'appartement proposé par M. Debost. Il est à 10 minutes du centre de Biarritz et dispose d'une place de parking ainsi que d'un balcon. Il n'est peut-être pas hyper moderne mais il contient tout ce qu'il faut pour une semaine de vacances (à part peut-être un aspirateur qui permettrait de mieux enlever l'inévitable sable au sol). "We have stayed 2 weeks with this lovely family. We were welcome by a cake an glass of vine. the property is in great area, peaceful, quiet village. They have huge garDen where our children enjoyed running around, feeding their chicken( they will miss us) . The apartment has lots of space an has everything you need for your stay, from cleaning tools till baby bits. This family gave us few ideas what to do and where to go an were very nice and kind.
