阿斯塔納薩里阿爾卡區酒店住宿推介

「Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast selection that changes everyday (including typical Kazakh snacks), though the hot foods are lukewarm at best. The room temperature was hard to control: the heating was too much and there is no way to turn it off. We had to use the air conditioner in October to bring the temperature down. Beware: the indoor pool is not included in the reservation unless your room level is high enough. This was not at all indicated in the reservation.」

「Great Service! Staff is very helpful and polite. Large rooms and convenient floor plan. Close to everything. Property has spa, pool and restaurant with great food.」

「Jusy Too bad. No recommend anything. Not kind. Poor breakfast. No supply water. No infra around. No credit card accepted. No gym. No swimming pool. I don't have anything good to remember. Hotels.com must re-evaluate the level. I moved to other hotel even after paying room charge.」

「I definitely will be returning. It’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city」

「Excellent hotel and very convenient」

「Very beautiful and clean room. Excellent location next to a shopping mall. Loved the sauna and whirlpool!」

「The location of this hotel is a real advantage, just a few minutes away from the main sites, and a 6 minutes walk from a LRT station whether one arrives at the airport or at the Nurly Zul train station. Several restaurants and cafés just round the corner as well proved to be very practical. For 40-50 euros a night a large double room, the price is unbeatable. The only flaw to me was that there was no Internet. Officially, there was wifi, but it never worked.」

「Персонал довольно отзывчивый, для три заезды отель очень даже неплохой))) Единственное — хотелось бы иметь в номерах чайник. А так есть холодильники, кондиционер. Вполне чисто.」
