“Without a doubt, one of the best hotels in the country!”

“Heating system very poor. Room is very small”

“Rooms were great. Could change their coffee makers. Very slow and dripped everywhere. Staff amazing at the front desk. Scarlet restaurant excellent. Late checkout with no issues.”

“Terrible noise of the A/C all over the night! Exhaust fan did not work at the bathroom.”

“Staff went above and beyond what would reasonably be expected that many other hotels would refuse.”

“As always, our stay was wonderful! Right downtown with the pub down below perfect location. If you want a quieter evening, make sure to get your room on the backside of the hotel.”

“Overall, I’m happy with how my visit. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. I appreciated the little bit of personal attention throughout the experience. It was a good visit and one I’d be happy to repeat.”

“Rooms were cleaned daily, staff was very friendly! Super close the university”

“Rooms clean but property was run down and outdated. Lots of noise at night like trains, sirens and banging with paper thin walls. Rotary park great for walking”

“Never cleaned the room once over 3 days. Left us a broken bar of soap. Staff were decent. Beds were okay”

“住宿及整潔度比較一般。但在市中心往那裡都方便”

“I am absolutely horrified on the filth in this hotel. After seeing the dirt and grime in the elevator, the dirty carpets in the hallway and the room - Sheets were grey, stained, pulled the sheet off to look at the mattress and there wasn’t even a mattress pad cover and the mattress was old and dirty looking. I didn’t stay. Front desk wasn’t helpful and didn’t comfort me because I booked through an outside source . Very dissatisfied..”

“离市中心不远. 前台接待非常友好！”
