"It locates in convenience place providing good access not just to cafe, restaurants, convenience stores but also to train stations. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. My room was quite clean and looks new. Has good security too. No noise heard in the room. I will certainly come back to stay."

"Great stay at Fraser Place Setiabudi. Spacious, clean rooms and a fantastic location near many restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of minor issues: housekeeping missed our room twice (fixed after we called), and a car blocked our taxi in the parking lot for 10–15 minutes. Overall, still a wonderful stay and we’d definitely come back!"

"I have request non smoking room before arrival, however, the smell of the room still really bad of smokers, not sure whether the room that assigned to me is smoking floor is not cause i forgot to ask since i arrived very late at night and very tired. Ask for iron also takes so long, it seems they only have one item and i should waiting from another guest almost 30mins. However their room really spacious "

"Staff were very friendly, spoke English, and organised a taxi. Very near Gambi train station. Comfy bed, shower had hot water. Drinking water available. Air con noisy, but acceptable, kept the room cool. Food, shop and bar nearby. "

"Pour le prix, l’hôtel est très bien. Le quartier est parfaitement situé et la piscine de l’hôtel est très agréable. Par contre ne comptez pas avoir des douches avec de l’eau chaude ou bien parfois pas de douche. Mais sinon dans l’ensemble un bon rapport qualité prix. "
