"You have all the amenities of a large, historic villa - and also the real farmland all around you. Sheep, horses, dogs - beautiful, and not in your personal space (unless you want them to be!). Pasqualina and her son Francesco are perfect hosts. Incredibly responsive, even with a language barrier. If I return to Tuscany I would want to stay here again. Thank you so much."

"We had a lovely stay and the hosts were warm, accommodating and responsive. The location is incredible -- extensive views from both sides of the property; the hilltop village setting is out of a postcard with lovely little streets and nooks to explore; and the local shops, market days, restaurants provide everything needed locally. The property is adequate, a little rustic, but well suited to time outdoors by the lovely pool and as a springboard for day trips throughout amazing Tuscany....

"We have had the best time staying here! Myself, husband and family. The communication and help prior to staying was excellent. The accommodation is excellent, well equipped and very clean, well laid out but above all beautiful. The views from the house are stunning, as is the local area. Everything we imagined Tuscany would be. So many nice touches that are not depicted in the photo’s. The pool / hottub area is fantastic. Beds comfortable. Showers great. "I find it hard to put into words how wonderful our stay was at the beautiful villa. First, Martin our host and family are the kindest people. They went above and beyond helping and making sure our stay was perfect. The photos of the Villa do not do it justice. Tucked in the hills, the Villa is beautiful and has breathtaking views. "Wonderful stay – highly recommend! Beautiful complex in a quiet countryside setting, with a large pool and plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast was included, and dinner at the hotel was excellent value: buffet starters, two dishes from the menu, and unlimited dessert. As seafood lovers, we were very happy with the choice. Breakfast and dinner were so generous we didn’t need lunch. Staff were fantastic — special thanks to Tati at reception, the restaurant team, and Francesco at the pool. Everything was spotless. Only drawback: Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room or the pool, so we used mobile data. Location is peaceful yet convenient, about an hour to Pisa and 25 minutes to the beach. We’d happily return in the near future"
