Delightful 3 bedroom 2 bath single family home with beautiful foliage and better views! This property is located in North Waterway estates in charming satellite beach Florida. With the water in your back yard and the ocean less than a mile away, this is your true beach town get away !

With its OWN private doc and boat slip it makes it seamless to head out fishing for the day, to the sandbar, or maybe even just a sunset sail. This property has 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, an extra large and extra comfy sofa with a 65" TV surrounded by sound! The out door patio includes a TV, outdoor sofa, 2 chairs and 2 chaise longes great for watching the games in the beautiful weather.

Satellite beach is a relatively sleepy town located right next to Patrick SPACE FORCE base! Don't let the quaintness fool you. It is the home of many amazing restaurants bars and coffee shops! the beaches are absolutely amazing with serape covered accesses and white sand!

You'll also get the best of both Worlds with Melbourne and Cocoa Beach just a short drive away which host more of a lively vibe.
