「1.The staff was nice/excellent

「Staff was nice and helpful. But my room smelled of stale air and wet dog and nothing helped that including going into the hallway where it smelled of strong cleaning product. My room had a sofa loveseat that was just nasty looking and old. I wanted to be able to use the exercise room but it smelled worse than my room and the pool would have been nice except the water did not look okay and the ceiling was falling down. I would not stay here again.」
