Had the best time staying at Borrowed Thyme. The house is super spacious, clean and comfortable. Love the screened porch and the hammock, was perfect for a fall stay. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed in this amazing house for girls’ getaway. Enjoyed peaceful yard, playing ping pong, and breakfasts on the screened in porch. Close to downtown. All communications prompt and positive. Highly recommend this lovely spot!

Beautiful place, especially backyard with numerous features. House and location definite 5 stars/ cleaning service and trying to communicate with Vacasa 3 stars. Food on floor of master bedroom when checking in, broken shower head in second bath which forced two rooms to share master shower.

Overall this house was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The outdoor patio area was great. Fun for the kids to see deer and turkey walking through the back yard. Would stay here again in the summer/fall to take full advantage of the outdoor features. As noted in another review - communication on this property is via another property rental company and not direct with the actual property owners.

Love the ping pong table, best part of the stay. Also loved the hot tub but it could be in a better spot because you have to walk through the grass and if it has just rained, the mud! It was a perfect place for my son's USA swimming state meet at the Holland Aquatic Center was only about 15 minutes away from the house. The second best part of the house were the speakers in the ceilings through the house and in the garage. The little nobs in each room were nice for volume control in each room, they even had a speaker on the back porch!

The property was spotless inside and beautifully landscaped outside. We had fires on the outdoor patio before the sunset then would go inside to play games before settling in for a movie by the fireplace. We had amazing meals in the spacious and very well stocked kitchen, and with the open floor plan we were all able to feel connected and laugh as we recounted the day. The beds and couches are incredibly comfortable and the bedding and blankets allow for quite the cozy nights rest or afternoon snuggle with a book. Proximity to the charming downtown main streets led to some fun shopping afternoons and late lunch as well. Love this place - absolutely coming back!

Property was fantastic! Home and surrounding property and community was beautiful and relaxing. I did not realize that when booking on vrbo I was actually booking on VACASA, which requires that you give personal ID info. after you have paid, but before they give you access to the property. It turned out OK, but did not like this.

This was a great place to get away with our 3 young adult children and two dogs. The house is very well appointed and has a nice floor plan with room to spread out. There is a main floor family room and a basement family room for those who want to stay up later. The screen porch is perfect for your morning cup of coffee. The backyard landscaping makes a pretty setting for grilling, dinner and bonfire. You can't walk anywhere but town is a short drive (parking was hard to find 4th of July week). We were able to find parking at Douglas Beach, Oval Beach and Saugatuck Dune State Park, even during the holiday week. Rental is perfectly located to explore everything this great area has to offer. The water and ice dispenser on the refrigerator wasn't working, but that did not take away from fun week!

This was our family's first experience in renting a home for vacation. Almost everything about this home was perfect for us. I'm afraid the standard has been set high now! We have 10 & 13 year old boys who both said this was their best vacation ever (mostly because of this home)! The next time we visit Saugatuck, we will definitely try for this home first! Thank you for an amazing experience!
