Beautiful property, very clean, all beds/sleeping were very comfortable. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear, helpful. Would definitely suggest including heater instructions for lower level of house either in the listing or instructions provided at check-in.
Lower level of house remained very cold during our wkd stay. Due to heat disparity (this was brought up in another review - now I get it!) rating property 4.5-stars but would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! However...communication with the property mgmt was less-than stellar, only 2-stars. Messages I sent the week prior to check-in (via website) went unanswered. I sent text messages Saturday night re: heat issue and Vacasa receptionist Nicole ended up calling late on Saturday night to assist with problem-solving the heat issue in the house (*please note: Nicole was AWESOME as she tried her best to problem-solve using the 'virtual tour' that is posted online as she had no listing information!) Together we discovered the house had a gas fireplace in the lower level (info not included in the listing), however it did nothing to direct heat towards sleeping areas. 2 of 5 burners on the gas stove wouldn't light, and the water-level knob on the washing machine was broken - water level was stuck on a medium load so it made washing a full tub of sheets impossible. These are maintenance issues and can be easily corrected...however, the Propert Mgmt needs more work. Vacasa - you can do better!
