"A very beautiful older hotel. Good hot water for showers and nice indoor outdoor pool & hot tub. Typical breakfast but no fresh fruit. The bed was a little hard for us. They were very accommodating about providing an extra blanket because I get cold easily. The airplane is pretty awesome also. Would definitely stay here again."

"Parking was very accessible. Pool was good for my granddaughter. I have stayed here several times. It is just a basic hotel and does the job, although I think the nightly rate is too high."

"The staff was friendly enough, the first night we stayed was okay but the second night we stayed my husband woke up with ants crawling on him in the bed and when we turned on the light they were covering food we had that was in closed containers and all over empty cans we had rinsed out....we ended up packing up and leaving at 2:30 in the morning after that. "

"It was generally pretty quiet. If you have a next door neighbor or someone talking outside, it does get a little noisy. Otherwise, it's a nice deal and the rooms are and have what you need."

"We are stayed here many times in this very special house and property. The only sounds you hear are the birds and the tree frogs. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen is fully equipped. We absolutely love the fireplace as we have been here many times in the winter. Phyllis responds very quickly to any questions you may have.We also enjoy the location which is so convenient to both Spring Green and Mineral Point."
