"I always say that for those who are traveling to Michigan’s UP that they should not expect luxury.
With that said, The Last Resort should be some folks first option when looking for a place to stay.
It represented the UP perfectly. The office combos as a bait and tackle shop, and a friendly dog was there to greet us at the door.
The room was perfectly simple. Clean floors, fresh paint, and a comfortable, quality king size bed.
The room was very decently sized. It had a dining table, dresser, and a twin size bed we didn’t use.
Bathroom was newly renovated and clean.
All that you could ask for in a stay in the UP.
Would absolutely recommend."
