Puffin Cottage Holidays is pleased to present Harley's Way - a pet friendly, three bedroomed cottage with partial sea views from the master bedroom plus an additional en-suite bedroom annex - perfect for holidaying with extended family or older children.

The fourth bedroom at the property is an outside annex with en-suite.


Harley's Way is peacefully located just a short walk from the centre of Saundersfoot with it's picturesque harbour (where boat trips depart daily during the summer months), award winning beach and a delightful array of shops, bars, cafe's and restaurants. The historic seaside town of
Tenby
is just a 10 minute drive away and the cottage is within easy reach of many of Pembrokeshire's diverse beaches and attractions .


The cottage itself is beautifully presented, offering a home from home for families looking for a seaside break at any time of the year!


Lounge


Two large sofas comfortable seat everyone around the Sky Glass TV.


Kitchen/Dining room


Well-equipped with everything you will need for your stay including electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Comfortable dining seating plus breakfast bar. Sliding doors lead to the furnished and fully enclosed patio area, which also leads to Len's Den!


Len's Den


This outside annex offers a cosy en-suite bedroom with king-size bed, hanging space and drawers. Electric heaters. En-suite comprises a large shower unit, toilet and wash hand basin.


Upstairs the house has a further three bedrooms, plus the family bathroom.

Double bed, hanging space and ample storage. TV with Freeview.

The enclosed and furnished patio creates a lovely space to relax in the evenings even enjoying some al fresco dining from the electric BBQ.


The house further benefits from WiFi and central heating throughout the main house.

Outside to the front there is parking for up to 3 cars.


The property is provided for holiday and leisure use only and is intended for occupation by family groups or similar private parties. Bookings from tradespeople, contractors, or groups intending to use the property in connection with work, business, or commercial activity will not be accepted.


We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings that do not meet this requirement or where the property is intended for non-leisure use.


Check in is from 4pm on day of arrival.



There is a refundable £100 damage and good-housekeeping deposit when staying at this property.

Whether pets are accepted (and the number of pets accepted) is displayed within the property description. No other pets are permitted in the property, this includes external areas of the property.

Terms and Conditions of Hire.

Bookings of all holiday accommodation whether made by telephone, e-mail, in person, in writing or over the internet are accepted by Puffin Cottage Holidays acting as the agent on behalf of the Owner. The contract to occupy the property is between you and the owner.

By making any booking with us, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to comply with and be bound by them.

These booking terms and conditions include a number of defined terms as follows:

"Booking" means the legally binding reservation for use of the property, with a specified start and end date.
"Contract of Hire" The legally binding contract between the Hirer and the Owner
"Deposit" means a deposit of 20% of the total holiday accommodation cost (which includes any "extras" selected at the time of booking).
"Balance" means the balance of the Total Charges payable by you after payment of the Deposit as set out in paragraph 4.
"Website" means the booking website.
"Lead Hirer" means the person who has booked the accommodation.
"Guest" means you and each person staying in the property with you.
"Owner" means the owner of the Property you book which is the subject of the Contract of Hire. We do not own the properties on our website.
"Agent" means Puffin Cottage Holidays.
"Property" and "Properties" means the holiday property you book or enquire about through us.
"You" means the lead person making a booking through us.
When you make a booking through us you are confirming that you and every Hirer understands, agrees and accepts these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as any breach may result in the Owner (or their representative) refusing to allow you and your guests to enter and stay at the property or requiring you and your guests to leave the property before the end of the holiday period without any compensation or refund.

1. Contract and Booking
We act as agents for the Owner. When you make a Booking through us the holiday let contract in respect of the Property is always between you and the Owner. As Agents we accept no responsibility for an injury or damage caused as a result of the Contract.

Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 21 years of age.

The Lead Hirer must be one of the Guests staying at the property and shall not part with possession of the property or share it, except with other Guests named on the booking form.

The Properties are not intended to be reserved for the purposes of parties and group bookings, including for stag, hen dos and birthdays, may not be allowed unless explicitly agreed with the Owner. In these circumstances the Owner may impose special requirements (including the possible requirement for, but not limited to, an extra damage deposit payment)

No Bookings are confirmed until the Deposit (or Balance and Deposit if the holiday is less than 8 weeks away) is received and written confirmation of its receipt has been sent.

Once a booking is confirmed it cannot be changed by you, unless agreed by the Owner, or by us on the Owner's behalf. If we or the Owner agree to make requested changes to your booking (for example, amending the date or Hirer) you will be required to pay £25 amendment fee per change.

2. Booking Fees
A booking fee of £24.00 is payable when making a booking. This is included in the displayed price of the holiday.

3. Deposits and Balance Payments
Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday date must be paid for in full at the time of booking. For a booking made more than 8 weeks before your holiday a deposit of 20% of the total due will be paid when booking to secure the booking. The balance will be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. If you make a booking within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday you will be required to pay for the holiday in full at the time of booking to secure the booking. In the event that the balance payment is not received by the required date, Puffin Cottage Holidays reserves the right (on behalf of the Owner) to cancel the booking and will be under no obligation to refund any deposits previously paid.

The booking fee and Deposit are non-refundable unless we are unable to accept the booking on behalf of the Owner, or the Property is unavailable at the time of the holiday

4. Damage Deposits
Some properties may require damage deposits for all bookings made. If this is required, it will be recorded in the Property Description. Any damage deposit will be due along with the final balance payment, 8 weeks prior to your holiday, or, where the booking is made within 8 weeks of your holiday, the damage deposit must be paid in full at the time of booking. The damage deposit may be held by Puffin Cottage Holidays on behalf of the Owner. Whilst we will use our reasonable endeavours to liaise between the Owner and the lead Hirer, any disputed claims must be settled between the Owner and the lead Hirer and Puffin Cottage Holidays are not liable for any disputed claims.

5. Availability
The Contract of Hire is made on the understanding that the property and its facilities as published will be available for the dates stated. In the unlikely event that the property is not available through events outside the Owners control the lead Hirer will be notified as soon as possible. The lead Hirer shall be offered alternative dates or, at the Owners discretion, a refund but will have no further claims against the Owner or Puffin Cottage Holidays. Puffin Cottage Holidays will not be responsible to pay any compensation or expenses as a consequence of a Property not being available in these cases. The booking fee will be non-refundable in these circumstances as we will have carried out our services for this to you at the point of booking.

6. Guest Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation from the lead Hirer, the deposit and booking fee will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation after payment of the balance every effort will be made to relet the property. If such reletting is possible the balance or that part thereof that is paid by another client and recouped via replacement booking will be repaid (less the deposit and booking fee).

7. Hirers' Responsibilities
The lead Hirer will ensure that:

All Guests act responsibly and carefully whilst at the Property and the Property is left clean, tidy and in the same state of repair and cleanliness that it was found in, for example crockery and cutlery is washed up and put back in cupboards and refuse is disposed of. Any breakage, damage or excess

Lovely home in a good location, with everything we needed to hand. Comfortable rooms, great utilities.A nice easy walk down to town and back. This was a great location for us and our friends for a weekend away.

Very quiet residential estate. Walk to beach only for able people as the walk back is uphill. Fitted dishwasher works but door does not move easily as machine does not seem fixed properly. Fridge freezer wasnt cleaned and fridge was frosted up, freezer had left over open packet of sweetcorn and ice lollys and other debris. The upstairs hand held shower was intermittently very hot then cold, not safe as could burn. The man hole on drive was overflowing after each shower and giving a drain smell during each overflow.Otherwise the property was good, we enjoyed our stay, loved saundersfoot and would go to area again but maybe not this property which cost us over 2000.
