Relaxing getaway

Property had beautiful natural lighting and was in a quiet neighborhood! WiFi was great and host responded quickly to my questions. Overall, it was a perfect place to relax and easy to walk around.

Sisters wknd!!

Girls trip 2025 was a success and having the apartment to stay in helped!!Apartment has age on it but furnished well.Beds were comfy, bathroom big enough for us to get ready in and plenty of room to store all our things.We would enjoy coming bk!

Great place close to everything!!!

This place was awesome! Very clean and located in the historic downtown area. Once we arrived, we never used our car. We walked everywhere! I had a question about the tv and sent a message and John replied within minutes. He was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. If you’re visiting the Savannah area, I would check this place out. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Week away

My niece and I stayed for entire week and were very happy with our accommodations. We were looking for something in the historic district and this fit the bill. Free parking right outside our door (just two blocks away you have to pay to park on street). We were very close to Forsyth Park (check out restaurant inside the park…was so good we ate there 3 times). There is a Krogers within a few blocks which is convenient. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook (we did not).

This apartment would have been nice if it is cared for properly. Unfortunately it is quite dusty on all moldings, baseboards and blinds, and has not seen a touch of paint in years. The host is rude and not hospital at all. Avoid it if you can find something else in the area. Location is excellent though.

Quaint Apartment

Came down to Savannah on a work trip and booked this apartment. I would 100% book again when I come back to Savannah. Close to Forsyth Park and a lot of cute shops and restaurants.

Word of advice book a hotel instead. The Hyatt is beautiful. This place was not well cared for. Shower doesn't work, no light in bathroom. Tv remote didnt work. Pillows smell like years of scalp grease. Termite dust on sink and an unbearable smell of must and mold. You have to open the windows to air it out. There are no screens and you will get eaten alive by mosquitoes.

This is a very nice place to stay in an excellent location. Beautiful quiet street. My daughter and I truly enjoyed our time there. They had towels and all kitchen items needed.The only major issue we had was the mattress is super uncomfortable, and the bed frame is very squeaky which did not make for a pleasant nights sleep for me personally. My daughter slept fine but agreed the mattress was uncomfortable. A new mattress would make this a 5 star place!Small issues- bathroom lights didn’t work, Roku didn’t work (we changed the batteries but still couldn’t get it to work).Other than those things, I still loved it and would stay again. We are there several times a year and always try different places to stay and this one is one we would go back to!

Tattnall Loft

This was a comfortable place to stay very close to historic downtown. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. Our host helped us with all we needed help with.

Overall, great place!

The front of the building was in a nice part of the neighborhood, but the back side felt a little less safe. The place was clean and spacious. The queen bed is technically in a living room, so there was no door attached for privacy. The apartment was out of laundry detergent and cleaning wipes, but otherwise, it was well equipped. I would not hesitate to book this property again. Decent location to everything Savannah has to offer!

Lots of charm

The place had so much charm…a bit outdated and no hot water …the main bedroom bed was very squeeky & the beautiful rug in the main room is very slippery…the location was great….overall a cute place

Nice loft for the price

Overall just needed a place to sleep and shower while working for the week. Bathroom sink has a slow drain and the soundproofing is nonexistent. You will hear every conversation outside the building. Would stay again.

Needs a little TLC

Property was in great location, convenient, safe, beautiful surroundings, well kept neighborhood. Inside, however, could use a little better cleaning and sprucing up. Appliances, bedding, odds & ends, in closets & hallways -- left a negative impression. Has potential to be a really lovely little pied-à-terre, but needs attention to details.

Ok but thats it.

Nail sticking up from floor caught foot on 1st day. Rug has multiple sticky spots on it as does floor on left of bed. Bed squeaks and rattles a lot and mattress is old. Had to wear flip flops after the first day when walk around in the place to avoid nails and sticky spots. Neighborhood was great. Shower and bathroom need to be completely re-done. Cracks and dust / dirt everywhere. Check in details were wrong when sent. Code to lockbox was incorrect as was code to wi-fi. Owner texted correct codes within 15 min.

There were a few things to like about the place. It's in a great location a short walk to Forsyth Park, on a street lined with beautiful homes. The A/C works phenomenally (so much that we had to turn the temp up from where it was originally set). The fridge is small but powerful, and the TV has plenty of options. But there were quite a few issues. The bed groans loudly with every movement, which isn’t ideal for anyone who shifts a lot at night. The coffeemaker was missing an essential piece, so basically just dumped water everywhere (definitely needs replacing). Hot water works fine everywhere except the shower, where it's non-existent (not a pleasant surprise). The banister at the top of the stairs is broken and the top step shifts under weight and feels like you're going to fall through it. The doors are in serious need of maintenance, they're wobbly and sometimes difficult to open. It wasn’t a bad stay, but it certainly wasn't great. With a few updates, that could easily be changed though.

Great location but dirty place and poor communication with host. Had difficulty with AC system and hot water and host didn’t reply to message until after stay was finished. Then, disputed what we experienced. Dirty linens, gross shower stall, window sills and ducts grimy, night stands stained.

Authentic, Spacious & Cozy Flat

10/10 would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to park in a safe area and walk to literally anything within the historic district in 20 min. or less! Quick walk to several coffee shops, squares, and parks. Open, spacious rooms, fast-working A/C, and a VERY comfortable bed! The building itself is beautiful and really makes you feel like you're going back in time, too.
