Experience all Savannah has offer in this stylish studio apartment. Just steps off of Crawford Square, Perry Lane Carriage House is perfect for travelers looking to find the heartbeat of the city without compromising a good night's rest.

Your private entrance is located in Perry Lane. Two sets of French doors fill the living space with light, and lead to a small balcony where you can breath in the jasmine scented air each morning. Relax on the sofa or plan your day at the breakfast nook, located just outside the kitchen. Spacious for a studio apartment, the kitchen has all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The full bath features a pedestal sink and clawfoot tub, perfect for a relaxing bath after a day of sightseeing.

You’ll have the best of Savannah’s dining and entertainment at your fingertips. Enjoy breakfast at nearby J. Christopher’s before heading to Colonial Park Cemetery, where you can meander through tombstones for a bit of spooky history.

Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

This was the perfect place for my husband and I. We took a short weekend trip for our anniversary. We were able to put our car in a nearby parking garage and walk everywhere we wanted to go! The place was very clean and had everything that we needed! We would definitely stay here again!

Really cute place. We had a great time walking to many of the nearby Squares and visiting them. The condo had all of the basics that you would need to cook and plenty of towels. There is a tiny coffee maker and they only leave 2 tiny coffee bags, so I would suggest bringing more if your stay is more than 1 day. The balcony was a little scary though, I hope they get some reinforcement on that. We were looking forward to sitting out there for coffee. Overall we had a great time, the AC worked fantastically and we had a good nights sleep.

Quaint little place in Savannah

This was the perfect place for us to stay, get ready, and sleep since we wanted to sightsee and explore the rest of our time. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars is some small minor fixes. Many of the outlets in the kitchen didn’t work, the microwave didn’t work, and the view off the little patio was very obstructed due to a tree but also provided privacy. The bathtub and shower were very old and cute and was fine for us but be careful getting in and out. Overall, it was a great, affordable place to stay and was fine for us since we didn’t spend much time in the room.

If you are arriving at night, it was a little difficult to see the address, but this is trivial. It was a quiet space, pretty central to what Savanah has to offer. About a 15-minute walk to the River St., location is straight down from the Waving Girl Statue. Nice and cozy, perfect for two people.

Great Location

The location was great, and it was very clean. But it was difficult to get a good night of sleep given the state of the bed and pillows. I think if there was a bed and pillow upgrade it would be a truly perfect place! Bed wasn’t great but not terrible, but the pillows were truly terrible.

Overall, it's a good property, but it's not quite a 5-star due to some comfort issues. First, the bed has a clunky cover over the mattress, making it uneven and uncomfortable to sleep on. Secondly, the bathroom has a nice tub, but it's not designed for a shower curtain, so the curtain keeps touching you while you shower, and it stays inside the tub to prevent water from getting out. Lastly, and not too big of an issue, but with 3 remote controls it would be nice to have some directions to help getting the TV going. Great area and location, nice neighborhood and safe.

Great location but…

Overall the place was fine. However upon arrival we found a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door. There was a power outage on our second night that left us in total darkness. No flashlight on the premises and when we called the management office they informed us that it would be 1 1/2 hours before they could possibly help us. Overall our stay was fine. I just wish they could have been more help with the power outage and the dirty towel was kind of gross.

Quaint carriage house

This studio is charming, comfortable and somewhat conveniently located, though I suggest an Uber to Riverfront. One suggestion, the front gate gets stuck. For a minute (a few) I was trapped in the entry, might get that looked at. And some nice wine glasses and mugs would do a lot to upgrade the experience. But for a quick trip it suited my needs. Safe area.

Convenient and comfortable

The stay was very comfortable and I appreciated the cleanliness. We walked everywhere due to the convenience. The access to the patio advertised was locked and that was disappointing, but we found plenty to keep us busy. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Beautiful space and spot!

It was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay on our trip to Savannah! Perfect amount of room for two people and amenities were great. We were able to walk almost everywhere and we enjoyed the charm of the studio and it’s surrounding area.

Our Stay

Very cute and cozy but plenty of space. Clean and comfortable. The only thing I can say is I think the thermostat was set on a timer. I would set the temperature to it was comfortable and it would go down to 64. I am a Florida girl and that’s way too cold. Overall had good experience. Good location picked up the trolley two blocks away. That brought you right into the heart of downtown. I would recommend this place.

Perfect for honeymoon!

This precious little apartment was PERFECT for our little honeymoon!! We stayed from Sunday to Friday and we had a BLAST! A couple things though! 1. If you’re not used to the city, the numbers on the door were pretty confusing. They were on the inside of the iron gate and in the dark (with inside lights off) it was hard to find. Once we found it tho we had no other issues! 2. This apartment does have two balconies, very close to the neighbors behind. The guy right across wasn’t very friendly, (not sure if he lives there or renting) but the people beside him who spoke were very friendly, although they’re place was also a rental, haha. 3. Also be careful of the shower. We made a huge mess trying to figure it out😂 Anyways! Overall great place! Would highly recommend for a romantic getaway or a single trip. I wouldn’t suggest it for a family place.

Although a bit confusing due to signage, our Carriage House experience was awesome! There was a housekeeping snag at the beginning, but they worked it out to our benefit. It was quaint, fully functional and within walking distance of practically everything. 5Stars

Property was beautiful, listing incorrect

The property was great! Awesome location. Well furnished. … listing said non-metered parking. This unit has free, on street parking at front door (I screenshotted the ad). There were dirty towels hanging from the rail and waded in the corner of the balcony, dirty socks under the bed, and no WIFI (listing gave an either/or network and password… tried searching for the network but it wasn’t there). I called the non emergency number about the parking before I even got into the property and she tired very hard to help me but didn’t have any answers. I didn’t even bother to call about the other problems. Luck Savannah left a terrible impression
