When booking I wanted a true Savannah feel and this is exactly what I was hoping for! Two houses combined together and the room we had was grand, clean, well decorated. Felt like a piece of history. Check in and out were easy. The neighborhood is so cute and we walked to the river while enjoying the streets of Savannah. Highly recommend!

We three sisters had the best time at a very unique and beautiful bed and breakfast. The accommodations were top notch. Breakfast every morning was a experience not to miss. Delicious. Plentiful and great conversations with other guests and staff and the owners. Yes the owners were present and so willing to help us enjoy our stay more. The staff accommodated us with any and everything we needed. Extra cooking utilities, as we had the cutest kitchen as I enjoy cooking for my family. A new bed big ask but they came through and made our stay so comfortable. We would definitely return just to stay again at The McMillan B and B

The bed was comfy, water was hot, and the WiFi worked. This was a very charming home, perfect for a short getaway. We got to meet the owner who is an amazing lady. The staff is very friendly and went above and beyond, offering help with things we didn't even think to ask about. The breakfast was delicious too. We're already talking about when we'll go back.

This was our first experience of staying at a bed and breakfast. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and wanted to go some place special and little did we know what a treat we were in for! Eric and Melissa were absolutely wonderful host and always very helpful with giving us suggestions for dinner and activities. They truly set the bar very high for our next bed and breakfast. Actually my husband and I have already talked about making them an annual trip! We love this property and the house was gorgeous! The food was outstanding!! A Perfect Stay in a Truly Beautiful Historic Home From the moment I was greeted by Anna, I knew my stay at the McMillan Inn would be something special — and it truly was. The care I received from the entire staff — Emmie (who made the best poached eggs), Irma, Kathy, Ashley, and the owners — was above and beyond. As someone with a few dietary restrictions, I was especially grateful for the thoughtful effort the staff put into my breakfast each morning. They didn’t just accommodate me — they went out of their way to make sure I felt cared for. The inn itself is a gem — a stunning 18th-century home with decor that’s both historically rich and warmly inviting. My room was kept clean and comfortable every single day, and every corner of the house made me feel like I’d stepped back in time in the best way. The location was ideal: just a few minutes’ walk to Forsyth Park, amazing restaurants, and the riverfront. I only needed Uber twice — the airport and for Tybee Island (about 20 minutes away). Otherwise, I walked everywhere —even in kitty heels! Every historic square, landmark, and dinner on my list was just a few minutes away. I have nothing but great things to say about the McMillan Inn — the beautiful home, the outstanding service, the thoughtful staff, and the perfect walkable location. I can’t wait to return.
