The space

Entry & Upper-Level Living Room
Welcome to our charming home! Upon arrival, you'll find a porch and a set of 15 stairs leading to the front door. Inside, the upper-level living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, including an oversized leather couch, a loveseat, and a chair. Relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the 50-inch flat-screen TV equipped with Roku.

A door to the right of the living room provides access to one of the decks, offering an inviting outdoor space to unwind.

Upper-Level Master Bedroom & Ensuite Bathroom
To the left of the living room, you'll find the master bedroom, furnished with:

- A king-size bed
- Nightstands with lamps
- A small bench
- A chair
- A six-drawer dresser

The attached ensuite bathroom features an updated shower/tub combination, a sink, and a toilet.

Upper-Level Dining Area & Bathroom
The open-concept dining area connects to the living room, creating a welcoming space for meals and gatherings. The spacious dining table features benches along the sides and chairs at both ends, comfortably seating six to eight guests. Another full bathroom is conveniently located just off the living area.

Upper-Level Kitchen & Laundry
To the left of the dining area, you'll find the fully stocked, updated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and the essentials for preparing meals. A washer and dryer are tucked behind the closet doors in the kitchen for added convenience.

Additional Upper-Level Bedrooms
The upper level also features two additional bedrooms:
- One with a queen-size bed
- One with a full-size bed

Lower-Level Living Room & Kitchen
The lower level features another open-concept layout with a living room, kitchen, and dining area. The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The spacious dining area features a large table, benches, and chairs, with seating for six to eight guests. A glass door provides access to the outside.
The lower-level living room offers ample seating, including a queen-size sleeper sofa, along with a 50-inch flat-screen TV equipped with Roku.

Lower-Level Bedrooms & Bathroom
- Two bedrooms are located on the lower level:
- One with a queen-size bed and a designated workspace, ideal for business travelers
- One with two sets of bunk beds, providing additional sleeping space

A full bathroom with a shower is also located on this level.

Backyard & Pool
The backyard offers plenty of sunshine and seating, creating a relaxing outdoor retreat. Take a refreshing dip in the pool or unwind on the deck while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The pool is open year-round but is not heated.

Property Layout & Access
The house consists of two separate units, and you'll have full access to both. Please note that there is no adjoining door between the units.

Pool Maintenance
The pool is serviced and cleaned weekly. These visits are brief and should not disrupt your stay. However, access to the yard and pool area will be needed if your stay coincides with a scheduled service day. Thank you for your understanding!
