I called them directly after booking on Expedia and made sure I would be facing a direction that would allow me to view frieworks.. they assured me and confirmed that, that was the case. When I get to the front desk the lady says there's no way they can assure you of that. I said well then when I called here they shouldn't have told me they can. She then says I will actually be on the opposite side of the building. I'm furious. Then when I get to my room...

「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

「This is not a 4 star. The rooms are sparse. No storage, no clocks, limited bedside table, the bathroom is the quality of a mobile home. The hallway carpets are dirty with obvious water stains. The room floors are cheap and dirty. Extremely limited dining on site but restaurants close by. The roof top bar was closed most of the time. The only good things about this hotel is location, the staff was very nice and the workout “room” was decent. The hotel needs upgrades…badly. The hotel is a 3 star...

「The property was clean but the breakfast was less than average. The selection was minimal and the hot items were not very good. Someone also had dogs with them and they cried for over an hour one day and sounded like they were running into the walls.」

「We stayed her to attend Refs/Braves game. They had valet parking which was nice, being downtown. The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! Definitely recommend!」

「The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly. There is a bar and restaurant on site and an outdoor deck/patio. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. Water bottles and snacks were in our room, which was a nice surprise. It is in a great location and the close parking garage was a perk! We had some small issues with our door lock, the ceiling fan, and soap dispenser being empty. Overall, we had a nice stay.」

「Nice staff and good rooms」

「The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

「The property as a whole “looked” nice and clean. However the room I had had me questioning the cleanliness. The were the small things in the room had attention to detail been paid it would’ve been caught. There were things missing that also lead me to question the remote was gone, no cups, and the curtains were not functioning. All these things were corrected but had the job been done right and attention to detail was minded these things wouldn’t have been missed.」
