"This property is a real find. It has character and it is reasonably priced for the service received. Breakfasts were great and reasonable choices for our 2 night dinner stay. Very close to a pebbly beach and not far from Southwold, Aldburagh, Norwich and the broads."

"Lovely Hotel, amazing decor our room, Minsmere, was spacious and very comfortable with a great shower. A little niggle was no decaf. coffee in the room. Breakfast was freshly cooked and presented. Our third stay at Satis House and we will definitely stay there again."
