Luz is defined by openness. Natural light fills the residence throughout the day, creating an inviting atmosphere where the living spaces feel connected to the tropical surroundings beyond. Large sliding glass doors open to the private terrace, blurring the line between indoors and out.



The terrace is designed for lingering. Begin the morning with coffee overlooking Sayulita, cool off in the private plunge pool after the beach, or settle in with a drink as the afternoon light shifts across the surrounding hillsides.



Inside, the open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room provide a comfortable place to gather without sacrificing privacy. Two thoughtfully appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms make the residence equally well suited for couples, friends, or families looking for a relaxed coastal escape.



Beyond your residence, Caivama offers rooftop infinity pools, an adults-only pool and bar, jacuzzi, yoga studio, fitness center, co-working lounge, family pool, and welcoming shared spaces. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire residence, including the private terrace and plunge pool.



You'll also have access to Caivama's shared amenities, including the rooftop infinity pools, adults-only rooftop pool and bar, jacuzzi, fitness center, yoga studio, co-working lounge, family pool, lobby lounge, and surfboard storage. Please note that some rooftop areas are reserved for guests 18 years and older.



The Neighborhood:

Perched above the heart of Sayulita, Caivama offers a peaceful hillside setting within easy walking distance of the beach, local cafés, artisan boutiques, restaurants, and the vibrant central plaza. Spend the day exploring the town's colorful streets before returning to the comfort and tranquility of your hillside residence.



Getting Around:

Most guests choose to explore Sayulita on foot. The beach, restaurants, cafés, shops, and town plaza are all within walking distance. Golf carts are readily available to rent if you'd prefer an easier way to navigate the hills, and airport transportation can be arranged before your arrival.

Parking

Caivama does not offer on-site parking for cars or golf carts, and golf cart charging is not available within the community. If you plan to rent a vehicle or golf cart, we'll gladly provide recommendations for nearby parking before your arrival.

Caivama is a boutique residential community where shared amenities are enjoyed by both owners and guests. We ask everyone to be respectful of neighbors and community spaces so all can enjoy a peaceful stay.



Location

Sayulita is a lively beach town. Depending on the season, music and community events may occasionally be heard throughout the area.
