「Very lovely hotel, clean and aesthetic. The staff where were brilliant, from our arrival to our departure, staff made sure we were well accommodated. Will definitely be staying again」

「Overall, very good. Convenient location especially to St Pancras to take Eurostar」

「Centrally located spot that was both spacious and clean. We were thankful the room had air conditioning as London experienced a heat wave during our stay! Staff was amazing!」

「位置很好、清潔很好、推薦入住！」

「Nice air conditioning, flawless bathrooms.」

「Need to request room cleaning every day. One day didn’t come clean up room. Forgot giving water for 2 days. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fine.」

However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations: The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage. The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged. The bathrobes in the wardrobe...

「This apartment was not an at but a very small room without any relationship to the advertised photos!」

「You would expect a little more from a 5 star hotel but the check-in process is not very welcoming… we are a family of 3 with a small child plus two big luggages… when we arrived, no one offer a hand to move the luggages up the staircase to the main reception area… in fact, no one is there… so we have to move the heavy suitcases ourselves… the check in is relatively quick but the staff is cold… so it’s quite unpleasant to begin with… we decided to have dinner at the Fitz’s but the table they...

「Everything was fine except the lift broke down at night and not able to use when checking out in the morning. Fortunately that we are staying at the low floors.」

「Great location. Helpful staff」

「Great location for the train station.」

「It is great as usual. Best choice in London」

「This was a brilliant find, will definitely recommend and stay again.」

「The staff were very friendly, the location was great, and the place was generally clean. However, all the bath towels had a strange odor, which made the overall experience just average.」

「Clean room, friendly staff」
