「This WILL be a nice place to stay once they finish working on it. It is old. The staff was very friendly. The sink is outside the bathroom near thd bed. Our door was ajar twice when we returned to our room. This was something the owner knew happened. I think this room should not be rented until that in particular is fixed. 「Very nice stay. Loved the area. Sat in the cool air on the front porch in a rocking chair after a long day's drive. Frank was an excellent host. Quiet at night. 」

「We had a very comfortable stay at Franklin Terrace bed and breakfast! Paul is the sweetest person and he takes best care of his customers. It is centrally located and easy walk to Main Street. It’s nice to know that it’s recognized as national historic place. The structure is originally erected in 1887!! If there’s something to complain, the bed is too soft for our convenience and one of the staff Kelly can be little bit more friendly.」
