“generally we enjoyed our stay here n the room was clean n tidy. we tried to hv food inside the room n found that no spoons were provided n called the front desk, the staff was so efficient to deliver it to us. i would like to recommend this hotel.”

“The check-in process was very easy and communication with the host (Vince) was fantastic. The shared communal area on the first floor looked very clean and modern with all of the appliances. The bedroom (Zumbo) on the second floor was very nice, clean, and modern as well. I liked that the room had a cooking area with a stove, microwave, minifridge, sink, and dishes to prepare food. I also really liked how clean, bright, and modern the bathroom was. I would definitely come back during my next……

“The website they were asking me to upload my id to did not work and when I asked the owner for a code or a different way to gain access he told me I was being rude and he hung up on me twice. I would not recommend this place. ”

“This place is in a beautiful area and easy to get around. It was very clean and cute. I loved waking up and looking at the forestry area across the street. Communication is top notch! I did have issues with the stairs, but that not their issue. I would recommend that if you are not a couple you get seperate rooms. Even then, it is cheaper than a hotel. I would stay there again! ”

“Staff was professional and my room was on the 3rd floor but was worth it. Everything was nicely stocked When I stay next time I must remember to go in through the front door lot get to the stairs. All in all a wonderful stay!!”

“Vince and Olivia were a great host. Despite to the technical issue on the pre check-in website they made sure we were compensated although it wasn’t their fault and we really appreciated. Also the place was exceptionally clean and nice. It was very quiet with friendly neighborhood. Nice big tree during the flower blooming was very pleasant when we had our breakfast and nice path to the very beautiful park near the place. Also it was close to many great restaurants for dining and also enjoying……

“Great location, cute spot. Very small sitting area/living room. Check in through Expedia was overly complex and took way too much time. 1 hr early check in and 1 hr late check out both denied due to cleaner schedule—not a catastrophe but also not ideal. Rooms have small in-wall heaters with separate manual thermostats for each. On a cold night, we had issues with thermostats set to 64 running and running until we got very hot in the middle of the night and needed to crack windows and turn all……
